BANISTER VERDICT SUPPRESSED -- Worden
BANISTER VERDICT SUPPRESSED
Carl F. Worden
Ladies & gentlemen:
You may be wondering why the Joe Banister victory over the IRS is not being
reported on television, radio or newsprint. Here we have a classic David vs.
Goliath victory of monumental proportions that literally took over Internet
news for two days, yet virtually no mention of it has been reported by the
mainstream media.
That is deliberate.
If you were even suspicious of the quality of the news we have been receiving
for the past 15 years, this omission removes all doubt. Most news sources are
ultimately owned by major corporations. For example, locally, we have the
Ashland Tidings, the Medford Mail Tribune and the Nickel, the latter being
almost exclusively devoted to private advertising, but all are owned by
Ottawa, which is a corporate subsidiary of Dow Corporation. All the news being
disseminated here in Southern Oregon is filtered by Dow.
The Santa Cruz Sentinel, where I lived in California before relocating to
Southern Oregon, is owned by Ottawa, a subsidiary of Dow Corporation. Are you
beginning to get the picture?
Most folks know the media, excluding Fox News, is liberal controlled, but to
my knowledge, even Fox did not run the Banister story. Internet news provider
WorldNetDaily ran the story, but here again, no such mention was made in
mainstream news outlets. To them, and for the 7% of the remaining population
that relies exclusively upon "conventional" news for their daily information,
the Banister verdict never happened.
There should never be any doubt left that the quality of our current
conventional media has deteriorated to that of Pravda during the era of the
Soviet Union.
And that's the hard truth of it.
