The Revolution Has Begun!

When people ask: when did the Revolution begin, the answer is now evident it all started on Thursday, June 23, 2005. That's the day Joe Banister beat the IRS and proved that not only did the IRS lack any authority to impose income taxes on American citizens, but there was no legal requirement for business owners to take taxes out of their employees paychecks.
This fundamental premise refusing to feed a beast known as the United States Federal Government is the only way we're ever going to take back control of our country. We can talk about a zillion other issues until we're blue in the face, but the ultimate solution is to no longer surrender our hard-earned money to an over-bloated, corrupt federal government that has long ago sold its soul. Furthermore, the only way we can get their attention and demand that they start operating within the confines of the Constitution is to withhold our money from them Ð which, as the Banister decision proves, we have every legal right to do.
So, if you've ever asked: what can everyday people do to become active and make definitive change, this is the first step. In fact, Carl Worden recently wrote that the Banister trial, Will directly affect more American citizens than any other trial that has ever been held anywhere in the United States at any other time in our history. He continued, The importance of the outcome of this trial to the United States Government is so great that no national news media is covering it. This trial is more important than any trial Court TV has ever covered.
Can you appreciate the gravity of what is taking place? This is the first seed of our Second American Revolution! Only by freeing ourselves from the chains of this illegal taxation extortion racket can we strike the ROOT of the problem. It all boils down to this: we can no longer hope to defeat this Beast if at the same time we continue to fund its very existence. By enabling the federal government (via payments to the IRS), we are also empowering it; and this has got to end! Now we have a legitimate court ruling that substantiates what many of us have been saying for years the federal income tax is illegal, and the Joe Banister decision has set a lock-solid precedent.
