You can read for yourself the firefighters, in their own words on the NY Times website, who describe numerous explosions inside the towers initiating the collapses.
You can see steel beams ejected hundreds of feet sideways out of the towers.
The "pan caking" theory has been debunked by physicists who dispute that a building can "pancake" at freefall spped through its steel frame structure. It simply cannot happen that way. The resistance of intact floors and beams would slow down the collapse, at a bare minimum, and more likely would topple over sideways, away from the strong central core of supporting beams.
The government illegally destroyed the steel beam evidence, not allowing forensics tests to be performed which would answer these questions. The steel was sent in a tightly controlled and monitored operation, directly onto barges and off to China for meltdown.
One test was performed on two samples of steel beam, which must have evaded the government clampdown in the confusion. This test showed strange findings in the steel, including lots of sulfur which could not be explained from the government pan caking theory.
This subject is massive, and will require years of reading, analysis and thought, if one hopes to get a handle on it.
The attacks coincide with the massive disinformation campaign, and cover up, which has convinced a lot of people, primarily because corporate media does not cover the critics, and it broadcasts government propaganda unchallenged.
