On April 19th, 1993 eighty Branch Davidians lives were systematically
eliminated to preclude the investigation of mistakes, bumbling, gross
negligence, stupidity, and the intent of the BATF attack.
Here is basically how things went down early that morning:

12 MIDNIGHT) Authorized from Washington to terminate the situation
received final authorization, Janet Reno approves the action to be
Taken.

0330 HOURS) Two HART penetration teams enter the compound main building
upon determining activity within the site is at a minimum, listening
Devices planted during previous penetrations provide this data.

0400 HOURS) the HART units have located all the occupants and eliminate
No less than four BD sentries including one in the tower, via silenced
9mm weapons (9mm 147 grain subsonic bullets were used) all were clean
Head shots as trained.

0500 HOURS) incendiary DEVICES ARE PLANTED IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS,
ALL TIMED TO IGNITE AT 1150 HOURS.

0600 to 0630 HOURS) The engineering vehicles start their destruction of
the compound. The BD's panic their sentries had not alerted them (they
were dead), upon locating the dead sentries, the five BD's encounter on
HART unit, a small shoot ensures with two BD's killed. This not being
planned the HART team withdraws, as the BD's retreat to the center of
the building. This was originally thought to be BD's firing on the
engineering vehicles, such was not the case. As David Koresh attempts
to consolidate and regain control of the situation, the remaining
HART unit kills him with a clean shot to the forehead... slightly to
the right of the center line. The BD's are essentially leaderless
from this point with the few remaining "mighty men" trying to
coordinate some resistance.

0700 HOURS) The effects of the gas are taking their toll, messages
are waved on banners from windows in the tower to re-establish the
telephone line. Two of those raising that banner are shot, their
bodies found later around the tower rubble. The BD's unable to
maintain control the situation withdraw to the center of the building,
knowing, the doomed they start to pray for guidance,

0800 HOURS) No results from the CS2 teargas seem to be evident, the
FBI order the engineering vehicles to flood the compound further and
with additional force to deeper building penetration. The results
gain deeper penetration but in doing so they flood the building with
propellant used to push the CS2 gas. The propellant is propaine,
realizing this, order are given to remove the ends of the building
to disperse the propane. The remaining HART penetration has been
trapped between the BD's and the fallen derbies the might explode
and surely the HART unit.

0900-1000 HOURS) The propane has been cleared to some extant,
additional CS-2 teargas is ordered in. Again being unfamiliar
with the driver system of the gas, propane is reintroduced for a
second time. However winds are now up to 25 MPH allowing for it
to disperse or collect in dead air pockets though out the building.

1100 HOURS) The BD's are now succumbing to the gas, the children are
showing signs of distress and being chemically burned.. The Israeli
gas mask they have are falling, their filters clogged and unable to
filter additional gas. No one has thought to distribute extra filters.
They are confused, nauseated, burring from the Teargas, disoriented.
Still pray for guidance, their leaders are dead.

1130 HOURS) The FBI realizing their penetration team has run out of
time, the can not get to the children, the team can't get to the
incendiary devices to put them off. The FBI orders the engineer
vehicles to tear a hold in the area of the penetration team the
response is too late.

1143-1150 HOURS) As the engineers vehicle attempts to extract the HART
team, several of the team members attempt to disarm of the closer
incendiary devices however it goes off prematurely, this is observed
and reported to an FBI observation teams. The HART team barely manages
to escape, as the other devices go off.

1200 HOURS) The fire is well established in several areas, the propane
propellant accelerates the process, trapping the BD's with rivers of
flaming propane gas near the communications room as they attempt a
futile effort to reestablish a phone link. The CS2 gas reaches flash
point in some areas and spontaneously ignites, this in (????) chain
reacts with the Kerosene an Coleman fuel stored throughout the building.

1230 HOURS) trapped confused as a few members succumb to the smoke, the
remaining BD's press their weapons to their heads and pull the trigger
rather that burn to death.

1300 HOURS) Helicopters are orders to "seed the site," original evidence
will be rare and virtually worthless if it existed at all. The FBI orders
"cover your ass" plans, and start introducing "throw down" evidence from
various untraceable sources. It's all over, It's Miller time and it's
time to go home to momma, "Job well done!"

There are NO Stautues of Limitations on MURDER!!

Washington Atty. Paul Wilcher provides report to Janet Reno on May 21,
1993 of these events. He is found dead a month later.

Ron Brown, under pressure makes threats that if he is not protected,
he will expose' Clinton/Waco connection. He is found dead.

Two weeks or so before the Feb 28 attack David, sent three packages of
information to three different locations. Roger was told to leave
Mt. Carmel and to stay away. Roger, liked his brother but never discussed
religion. Veron, admired Roger's father. Killed 28 Feb. 1993.

According to The New York Times, former UT System Regents Chairman Bernard
Rappoport hired Webster Hubbell for a joint venture with the Riady family in
Indonesia during the brief time before Hubbell's federal imprisonment. This
shocker should end naive beliefs that the cozy and profitable relationships
between the individuals who ran this system and Indonesian interests was
above-board.

Whitewater prosecutor Kenneth Starr is investigating these and other
enormous payments, totaling $400,000, to determine if they were "hush
money" related in any way to Hubbell's decision to not cooperate with
federal investigators. Appearances of impropriety include frequent visits
to Hubbell in prison by the Clintons' close personal friends, to remind him
the Clintons still "cared."

The Lippo Group, an Indonesian conglomerate run by the Riadys, helped
introduce since-disgraced fund-raiser John Huang to the Clinton
administration, which later endorsed Rappoport's $2 billion Chinese
real-estate project. Rappoport's public service to Texas served his private
interests well. Clinton has claimed ignorance of these "indefensible"
payments from his good friends and his best friend.

We can no longer deny the coinciding of Rappoport's sudden interest in
hiring Hubbell as his lawyer, and the large consulting compensation paid to
UT System Chancellor William Cunningham by Jim Bob Moffett and
Freeport-McMoRan -- a large and controversial corporate presence in
Indonesia.

We now expect the Justice Department's investigation to shift south, to
the Democratic Leadership Council. This group was co-founded by Sen. John
Breaux of Louisiana, who helped Moffett intimidate our faculty last year.
This cozy relationship suggests our system administration lacks integrity.

This sad possibility is supported by other events. Last year, we lost a
"whistle-blower" lawsuit in which a plaintiff alleged the University
deliberately undercollected royalties from oil and gas producers with
ties to administrators.

Now there are allegations of administrators being forced to contribute

Students, faculty and staff are completely unaware of the alleged sleazy
machinations. Perhaps our traditional reliance on the Democratic Party's
support of higher education has left us vulnerable to its recent
indiscretions.

Perhaps UT President Robert Berdahl had some of these consideration
in mind when he accepted the chancellorship at Cal-Berkeley. Berdahl
is a man of principle, he may have felt totally out of place within
the highest levels of the UT System.
