SREBRENICA: HOLLAND'S HOLOCAUST IN COURT

''The largest civilian massacre in Europe since the Holocaust.''

FPF - Amsterdam - May 12th 2005 - In the Netherlands a court has started hearings in a civil case against the State of the Netherlands, concerning the 8,000 men which were slaughtered by Bosnian Serb troops, while the Muslim enclave Srebrenica was under dutch military protection during the Bosnian war. A massacre for which the Dutch rightfully are blamed, and for which the people which have been - and still are responsible - must be jailed.

Today the court will try to come up with an explanation for the fact that the dutch military intelligence service (MID) destroyed a film roll with pictures of the massacre in Srebrenica: through ''human error''. Which in reality only is part of the 'cover up' by the guilty govt.

People in Holland remember the first tales about APC's with fleeing dutch soldiers in them, driving over live people in their hurry and panic to get away. Those stories are never heard nor seen again on dutch TV or radio.

It was Israeli journalist and writer Manfred Gerstenfeld, who four years ago - 15-07-2001 - compared the Israeli slaughter of the Palestinian refugee camps Sabra and Shatila [http://tinyurl.com/9vg97] with the Dutch NATO war actions in former Yugoslavia. "In the UN safe area of Srebrenica, 6-8,000 Bosnian Moslems were murdered in July 1995 by the Bosnian Serbs, making it the largest civilian massacre in Europe since the Holocaust", Gerstenfeld wrote:

The United Nations leaders, those of their peace-keeping forces, and the Dutch government had known for some time that the enclave was not defensible and had not taken adequate protective measures. Although aware that Serbs were executing Bosnian Moslems, the Dutch UN forces fled the area. Before that, Dutch soldiers helped separate the Bosnian men from the women. No UN or Dutch political or military leaders have ever been held accountable for their failure to prevent these crimes." [end quote]

That last described situation is changing however, because there's no doubt that the people involved in the Srebrenica massacre are guilty of crimes against humanity. This concerns very much the dutch so called 'leadership' - including industry, politicians, NATO with the dutch military top, and absolutely too: all journalists advocating this agenda.

They are all guilty of what is described in Article 7 of the Treaty establishing the 'International Criminal Court' in The Hague in 2003: For the purpose of this Statute, "Crime against Humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:

(A) MURDER

(B) EXTERMINATION

(C) ENSLAVEMENT...

THE DETORIATED BBC, which plays a non journalistic role in the present 'War of Terror' - and earlier concerning the NATO attack on Yugoslavia too - writes about it today*, saying the Srebrenica hearings started after charges had been brought by families of some victims of the Srebrenica massacre in 1995. 'Victims' relatives say Dutch UN peace keepers in charge of protecting the area failed in their duty and the state should issue a full apology.

THE DUTCH GOVERNMENT HAS ACCEPTED PARTIAL BLAME FOR THE MASSACRE.

The survivors want to know who gave which orders that led to Europe's worst atrocity since World War II, says the BBC's Geraldine Coughlan in The Hague.

Seven top Dutch military officials, including the former defense minister, will give evidence relating to allegations that the Netherlands did not share information that could have prevented the massacre.

Compensation call: The hearings are expected to highlight some important legal issues surrounding the UN's overall role in peacekeeping missions, our correspondent says. But the relatives want to focus on what happened on the ground, she adds. They are demanding compensation from the Dutch government.

Last year the Bosnian Serb government admitted that Serb forces had carried out the massacre and promised to bring those responsible to justice. In March it identified 892 officials as suspects. The Bosnian Serbs' political leader during the 1992-95 war, Radovan Karadzic, and his military commander, Ratko Mladic, are in hiding. Both men have been indicted by the UN tribunal for war crimes and genocide for their alleged roles in the massacre. - [end quote]

Murder is murder, whoever does it: be it Hitler, Saddam, Sharon, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Stalin, Putin, Bush, Blair, Berlusconi (It.) or hypocrite Balkenende(NL).

Crimes against humanity must be punished:

all guilty people should be in jail, or Hell.
