In the making of the new Billy Jack film we asked ourselves a simple question: Why do only Government Agencies get to hold Hearings on subjects of vital interest to the American people?
Why don�t the people themselves conduct their own public, televised Hearing, free from the scripted Congressional Hearings conducted by extremely biased politicians or political appointees so the people � for once � can get the complete unvarnished truth?
If the People�s Investigative Committee had held an open televised Hearing in the Summer of 2002, we would have never invaded Iraq �
�and impossible as it seems, the information Americans will receive in our open televised Hearings will force Congress to hold Impeachment Hearings in the fall

Startling Poll Results
Only 11 out of 247 people supported the idea of Impeaching Bush and Cheney. Even the intense Bush haters opposed it because the Republican stranglehold on Congress made an Impeachment Hearing impossible. It could never happen.
However, when presented with the evidence that would be given at the People�s open televised mock Impeachment Hearing below (Case I and II), on this website (click here for proofs), and in the film, there was a remarkable turnaround.
221 (53% who voted for Bush) would support an immediate Impeachment hearing. (16 opposed and 10 had no opinion.)
The lesson is very clear. If only people get a chance to see the evidence they were denied about the Iraq war in 2002, they will aggressively campaign to Impeach Bush & Cheney, and a national grassroots movement could force the Judiciary Committee in Congress to call an Impeachment Inquiry Hearing.
