D.C. isn't authorized to pass Drug Laws

The 10th amendment to the Constitution is very clear in stating that any powers not delegated to the Federal government shall, thereby, be reserved to the states or to the people (directly).

Laws against DRUGS are nowhere to be found in the Constitution. Therefore, FedGov has 0.00 authority to meddle in this arena.

To-date, seven (7) states have passed laws to grant physicians the option of prescribing marijuana to patients to whom marijuana might be of use for what ails them. FedGov rejects this.

Ergo, We The People must reject FedGov's "authority"--in this and all other areas where it's got no business.

Clear enough?
