MAY 5, 2005: This was emailed to me. NOTICE THAT CBS/VIACOM KNEW 2 days ahead of time that Terri's date of death would be March 31, 2005. How'd CBS know Terri's date of death?

EMAIL: "Many good Schindler family friends take notice of the high honors to be showered on George W. Greer by your association later this week — in part to applaud his finally finishing the judicial murder of an aware of self, severely disabled woman who was able to laugh and cry and to the best of her injured abilities talk and precisely interact with people in her environment.

That low life killer not once would visit and see for himself — the intended murder victim face to face.

And you applaud this man for upholding, LAW? Which laws? Aside from the FACT that it’s not only not nice, it’s a felony capital crime to put down people who are awake/aware — this woman screamed NOT TO BE KILLED loud enough to be heard in the hallway outside her hospice room in the moments before her natural food and natural water delivered by natural gravity feeding tube was surgically, painfully sliced from her belly; compounding the murderous felony crime — you do know that this woman could swallow without difficulty yet lover of death “woman killer” George refused to allow her feeding rehabilitation or tests, stating -- “I don’t want anybody feeding that girl!” Your association pauses to praise a vicious animal.

The man George Greer — he was the guardian ad litem, he was also the judge, he was the jury, AND he was the murderer — and you applaud him for following THE LAW? What law? It’s against the law to do what that amoral instrument of death did. Never was that woman allowed a lawyer to represent her interests. I know, I know — it’s a quality of life thing, the worthless piece of bitch meat was only a cucumber — a “law of the case” issue settled within the first 20 minutes of the first day of her kangaroo court non-jury, vulgar, corrupt trial.

Adding insult to death sentence injury: That vicious killer dressed in black approved the looting of Ms. Schindler’s guardianship and rehabilitation dollars to enrich lawyers and only a couple of pro-death picked “experts” hired to say, “Killing cucumbers is cool.” -- allowing not a dime of her money to be used on representation to save her. At every turn that dressed to kill bastard spit on the retained rights of his victim, he spit on due process — he spit on the congress and president and governor and on Constitutions and law.

A corruption, a corruption, a vulgar perversion of truth and justice at every turn and you applaud his upholding THE LAW? What Constitutions and laws did he uphold? It’s all a fraud. What you are doing Thursday — it has nothing to do with truth or justice, your gathering is about the “politics of the business of law” -- law corrupted.

Right to die? No! This was about — expanding the power of government to murder. In the matter of Schiavo-Felos-Greer-McCabe v. The Life of Terri Schindler Schiavo — trial court record was constructed corruptly to accomplish a premeditated objective. But 19 judges all upheld the decision of the trial court? Bull spit!

It was a sanitized record passed vertically to higher courts — scores of experts with no monetary motive, motivated only by a passion for truth and a love for healing the sick and disabled -- they stated under penalty of perjury that the woman was aware of her person and could be rehabilitated and others testified to the abuse she suffered at the hands of her poor sweet loving “cat killing” husband who conveniently remembered the “hearsay” statements upon which the judicial homicide was based — 7 years after receiving a jury award of $2.25-million.

What laws did George Greer uphold? He upheld the woman’s right to privacy? No! The only privacy being protected was George’s constructing his decisions to commit judicial murder in secrecy outside the view of prying public and media eyes.

How was it, Michael Schiavo was not required to follow guardianship law? How was it, he was given a free pass to contemptuously urinate even on orders issued by Georgie, himself. In honestly administered court settings a party to an action who literally or even effectively tells a judge to go muck himself, next step a jail cell — and if this had been an honestly administered case, that guardian would have been summarily removed.

I’ll tell you why that didn’t happen here: George Greer needed Michael Schiavo, he/they could not finish the business of this state sanctioned judicial murder without Michael Schiavo retaining his stranglehold over the intended murder victim.

There is so much more pointing to fraud, felony crimes — but why should I bother calling any more of this to your professionally compromised, business of law motivated attention? Here is the cold truth: The Clearwater and St. Petersburg Bar before you, and now the West Pasco Bar event on Thursday — none of it has anything to do with truth or justice or Constitutions or law, it’s all about the amoral xxx kissing politics of law corrupted — it’s about money, dirty wink fees approved by judges in their courtrooms.

Big Bad George — he single handedly got to murder a helpless disabled aware of self woman under the watching eyes of a radica LIBERALeft world press — raising one more question:

***How did CBS News know Ms. Schiavo was scheduled to die at the time she did Friday morning the 31st of March? That story was written 2 days before the fact. I know, I know — those in the know were born with crystal balls.

While you, the members of your Bar are in the company of long ago spiritually corrupted George on Thursday, ask that man a key question that a federal grand jury, and/or Florida House and/or Senate impeachment investigators, and/or an honest statewide special prosecutor (if one can be found in Florida) should ask:

What active roll did State Attorney Bernie McCabe play that made certain the Schindler family was denied lawful access to the investigative services of the Pinellas Sheriff, St. Petersburg and Pinellas Park Police, even by way of Bernie’s substantial political influence with the governor’s office — damn — he got the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to shutdown an open criminal probe in the self-same instant the politically compromised police bureaucracy learned one had been opened? It doesn’t stop there.

How is it, either directly or indirectly Pinellas court influence working through politically connected others — the work of an honest DCF abuse investigator got shutdown, while Department of Children and Families supervisory hacks were sent in to fill out “we see, hear, speak” no evil forms in the matter of Ms. Schiavo — that while her teeth were rotting out? The whole thing was rigged.

Is it not against the law to use the influence of office to obstruct legitimate reports of crimes against disabled people in Florida, in America? And you would honor Georgie-dearest for upholding LAW? What law?

More! Talk to George about the spiders web of personal and professional associations in and around the board and top administrators at hospice, USF College of Quality of Life v. Value to Society Rationed Medicine and hospice morphine drip expedited killing, the once great Bible centered Stetson University College of Law — that influence so dictatorial controlling that this viciously abused disabled woman could be warehoused in a tiny room apparently in violation of state and federal laws and regulations — there denied even fresh air and sunshine or any form of stimulation for 5 years — and the woman was NOT terminally ill. I forgot.

Being sentenced to death by “cruel and...” unconstitutional “...unusual punishment” thirst and starvation, YES, I can see the perverse logic taking shape — Terri was indeed suffering from a never before seen in America terminal disease, an unnatural, sadistically virulent virus incubated in George Greer’s indescribably evil judicial murder worshipping soul — a felony crime of first degree capital murder that he would have finished years ago except for those incredibly stupid parents, a brother and sister who loved their daughter, a sister and by their millions of stupid live loving friends around the world — more than amoral whore lawyers and judges could ever comprehend.

On this Thursday look George Greer square in his eyes and with the most disingenuously contrived smile you can muster, along with a steady stream of patronizing flattering lips sentences all strung together applauding his accomplishments, say — “You’re a real killer and your our killer, George! Go forth and kill some more helpless, worthless domestically battered bitches, George!” Remind him of his great achievements, establishing civil court precedent outside the stupid limitations of real criminals protecting US and Florida Constitutions and too many laws to count -- his opening of the floodgates of expedited judicial murder of worthless human meat, the looting of disabled person’s guardianship and rehabilitation dollars and other estate assets to the great benefit of tens of thousands of vulture brothers and sisters in parasitic law — always searching for new pockets to pick."
