"STATEMENT OF GOVERNMENT INTEREST

The conditions under which this invention was made are such as to entitle the Government of the United States under paragraph 1(a) of Executive Order 10096, as represented by the Secretary of the Air Force, to the entire right, title and interest therein, including foreign rights. . . .

The principal objective was the development of an antenna with no physical structure, but with large effective area. This study needs investigation i think just to make sure they are using volunteers and not doing nonconsensual experimentation -- they could be innocent of illegalities

This program investigates fundamental issues concerning propagation and image
formation processes. Physical and mathematical problems in inversion/
reconstruction and inverse scattering are central. Topics include:
