As we begin a new month in our continuing efforts to provide true
information about this world to an English speaking world, and which is
being increasingly dominated by the dark forces of this world, we ask
for your continued assistance with whatever small donation you are able
to give so that our work may continue.

We ask this not only for ourselves but for all of those other websites
throughout the world that our attempting to break through the lies of
the mass media organs of deception and lies that are meant not to
enlighten you, but to enslave you.

The mindset implanted by these mass media corporations is that the
Internet is a ‘free’ source of information, but nothing could be further
from the truth, and their lies are designed to keep you, the very
seekers of alternative news and opinion, from supporting the very
websites you so frequently visit.

Those same visits increase bandwidth usage and in turn increases the
operating costs of the very websites you visit costing the operators of
these websites more money each month.

Websites like ours are also run by individuals, small groups and various
religious organizations who as time goes by are failing in greater
numbers, and in their failing decreases the number of options that you
have for finding, and knowing, the truth of the world you live in.

Against the wishes of many of these website owners they have had to
place unwanted advertising and cookies on their websites to continue to
publish their works, some to the point of having their whole website
blanketed by banner advertisements and popups.

Others, such as ours, with religious connections are not even able to
consider advertising revenue streams and must rely solely upon the kind
heartedness and generosity of our readers.

Even more perilous today are that a number of what used to be true
alternative news sites are being bought up by major media corporations
who are not about to give up any of their ‘power’ to websites such as
ours. You will notice when this happens to a website when their
requests for donations cease.

Here in the UK alone there used to be over 100 truly independent
alternative news sites, today that number is down to less than 25. I
don’t know the figures in the United States but I can imagine that they
are facing the same onslaught against their alternative news sites also.

Both the tragedy and solution of the destruction of the voices of
dissent in the world today lie in the numbers of the people who are
seeking for the alternatives to the lies they know are being told to
them on an hourly and daily basis of the mass media.

If every one of you reading this devoted just one quarter hour of your
monthly wage to three such alternative websites like ours you could save
them all, that’s a solution.

The tragedy is that you won’t, and that is because you’ve actually been
‘programmed’ to do this and don’t even realize it, and there’s very
little websites such as ours can do to get you to see the absurdity of
this lie you’ve been trained to believe.

Not one of you would ever think to go into a bookstore and remove a
book, magazine or newspaper from the rack and walk out without paying
for it. That would be absurd.

You also would not object to paying for the book, magazine or newspaper
either as you’d know the costs and efforts that were expended to put
them in front of you to begin with.

On the other hand that is exactly what you would do in a library, and
where you are able to leave with a book, magazine or newspaper without
paying, but on a promise that you would return it. But even with a
library you are paying with your taxes…..it isn’t really free, the true
cost is just put out of your mind.

Though the medium through which you receive your information has indeed
changed, the simple dynamics of the exchange of this information hasn’t,
the mass media publishers know this too and therein lies their power
over websites such as ours, they can simple outspend us.

Over the past few months we have received offers, some of them offering
outrageous sums, to ‘buy us out’, and which we could never do. Other
websites such as ours have also been approached over these past few
months, many have sold, a few are still holding out. But for how long?

That answer lies only with you who are reading this and the decisions
you’ll be making.

If you decide wisely you’ll dedicate yourself to preserving and
protecting those alternative news websites you feel are most important
in giving to you the information most needed in your life.

You’ll make your mindset one of exchanging your pennies for a daily
newspaper, something for something instead of something for nothing.

In your consideration of these things I am writing about I would like
for you to include us, but more importantly is for you to support
someone, anyone…..and before the time comes when no one asks for your
support anymore.

Because, when the day comes when you aren’t being asked to donate to
support websites such as ours, you can be assured that your access to
true information has indeed ended.
