Wake up (so-called) Americans! Your public servants - that's right, they are your public servants - are not performing in accordance with their oath of office. You are the only person(s) that can demand performance. They do not read the bills that they sign or enact. They hardly know what they are supposed to do yet they prattle while in session and none of it is for our good or safety.
They passes the (un)Patriot Act and hardly a Congressperson had read it. How many of you would continue to pay one of your hired hands that did not perform their required duties? Yet you continue to vote the thieves and cheats back into office without demanding the performance that their oath of office demands.
If you are truly satisfied with the table scraps that your alleged public servants allows you to have then I can only express a distressed sorrow for you. If you are not satisfied begin to demand performance and vote the thieves out of office in the next election!
