I have been seeing more and more of this unrealistic crap going on here in America over the past few years! It is horendous what things are being done and have been done without any laws on the books for or against any of it. Her death is just the latest of so many levels of corruption and pissed of situations.

I will not bring up my anger over the others here because this thread is about Terri. I do agree 100% AMERICANS need to get pissed enough to TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY!!!

I have sent many emails to those involved with her murder. One person can't do it. Please go after every single moron who was instrumental in her murder. I am a retired police officer who spent 24 yrs in the field. If this isn't like the JFK assassination conspiracy then I am not a human. A major investigation must be conducted to see why this happened and to bring to justice those involved. I have a lot of anger towards those involved as I smell a skunk. I was a darn good detective and this is one case I would love to investigate. Trouble is, like when I was an internal affairs investigator and I got too close to the stink of some command level personnel, I was told to back off. Need I say more? We will take back this country one way or another. if it takes majoe civil disobedience, so be it! You live by the sword and you die by the sword.

What did Terri really say?

If the Associated Press Opinion Survey is correct, Americans care little about
the matter and most are willing to see Terri die. As far as the adulterous (a
violation of Florida Law) husband is concerned, he is granting her "wish"
because "he loves Terri." There has to be more to this, and one is likely
correct to suspect that it is "money." Why else would Terri's "husband" (and
father of two bastard children) work so hard to grant his helpless wife's
hearsay wish? Perhaps it is "power" thing, or "hatred" of Terri's parents, or
perhaps it is a combination of all the above.

Under Florida Law, absent a Court appointed guardian, the spouse of a disabled
person is the one vested with the authority to make health care decisions.
Aside. It is interesting to note that Florida's Common Law Marriage was voided
after January 1st, 1968, therefore, he is not engaged in bigamy; but an
adulterous relationship, roughly defined as one married person engaging in
sexual relations with a person who is not his or her spouse, is a violation of
Florida Law. It would seem that Terri's parents had grounds to the petition
the court to grant their daughter a divorce, given the reasonable assertion that
Terri would not have condoned her husband's adulterous relationship, on her
behalf assuming that they could have successfully asserted legal standing to do
so.

Given the Republican dominated Florida legislature's inability to pass
legislation that would require a "living will" to "remove a feeding tube" or to
that effect, one wonders about the future of those thousands of the severely
developmentally disabled citizens who are residents of special state supported
homes who have no more quality of life that does Terri. Will "liberals" of all
political stripes collaborate to save hundreds of millions of dollars by
"pulling the plug" on them? At what level should any court or person have the
right to decide, absent a living will that states with specificity the
conditions, when "to pull the plug?"

The President's observation that "we should err on the side of life" is both
sound and prudent. Only those who have elevated themselves to the level of
playing "God" would act otherwise in such cases. How does anyone know what a
mentally afflicted person perceives with such observations as "conscious but not
aware?" Such arguments were the gist and grist of Hitler and his gang, and are
now wholly embraced by "liberals" and their fellow traveling socialists. Such
notions should cause every right (as in logical, correct, truthful) thinking
person to shudder.

If history means anything and it does, it was socialists ("liberals" in the
present context) of the world: the Nazis, the communists, fascists who have been
responsible for the greatest genocides of history. They were and are the
purveyors of death visited upon those who would not agree with them; they are
the ones who stand good on its head and advance evil as salutary and benevolent;
they are the ones who have so infected this nation with evil disguised as good
that its future now hangs by a thread; and it is they who stand for Terri to
die.

If there is no judgment, there will be no Heaven nor Hell and Terri's husband
will suffer no worse eternal fate than Hitler, Stalin or Hussein. But if there
is, their fate will be the same; and it's doubtful that it will be a bed of
roses. We'll see how the "movie" ends.

I watched the interview with Michael Shiavo's future brother-in-law, John Centonze, who said that Michael Schiavo has been misunderstood. I think that the world is watching to see what Michael Shiavo does with the remains of Terri Shiavo.

If he cremates Terri's body, against her religious beliefs, and ships her ashes to Pennsylvania, far from her family, devastating the grieving family Terri loves, I think it will show the world that Michael Shiavo is more vindictive and cruel than we imagined.

If Michael Shiavo is indeed the compassionate man he wants us to believe he is, and he sincerely believed that this is what Terri would have wanted, then he needs to take the high road here and be compassionate to the family Terri loved, and in that compassion, honor the religious beliefs of Terri, and honor Terri, by doing the right thing for the people Terri loved. He may be very angry with them. but he has moved on with his life. He has a common law wife and children. If he wants the world to believe he did this for Terri, than he needs to honor Terri with a proper burial in Florida, for the people Terri loved and called mom and dad.

Anything less is cruel, selfish, and so vindictive beyond belief to a family devasted with grief for having to endure the hell of watching Terri being starved to death and unable to help her in any way, in her suffering.
