Don't Let Her die in Vain

I filed a discrimination complaint against Judge Greer, Judge Demers, the U.S. Appellate court and others with the Department of Justice, under specific laws and provisions of the American with Disabilities Act, on 3-29-05. I have contacted the D.O.J. and the F.B.I. as well as other federal, state and local officials regarding my claim; I also made various media aware of my attempts to help save Terri's life (I have copies of all such attempts and receipts of awareness).  -document linked in article) and John Stadtmiller ( http://mp3.rbnlive.com/Stadt05.html -interview) had me on as a guest on his radio talk show "The Intel Report" on Tuesday night (from 5:30pm to 6:45pm). These are the only media responses I have received to date. The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is an agency within the U.S.
Department of Justice responded to me shortly after Terri's death stating that they could not help my case. This is not the Division I filed the claim with, but was one of the other agencies I tried to contact in an effort to save Terri. While my efforts can no longer help Terri, I am going to do everything in my power as a citizen and Special Education teacher, to change guardianship laws and judicial practices that discriminate against the incapacitated and disabled. I anticipate working with various groups, media, political officials and representatives of the Schindler's in an effort to put forth legislation that will stop something like this from ever happening again.
After the review of the facts and documents, not the propaganda, of this case, I am horrified by the travesty of justice and abortion of human ethics that was immortalized in the finalization of Terri Schiavo-Schindler's death sentence this morning. May she rest in peace and may her parents take solace in the fact that she is, in my personal belief, an Angel with Our Lord in Heaven shining down on them and their family...They will see her again smiling, with open arms the way they saw her last February of 1990.
