I saw them BLEED my brother for AUDITING and watched as they USED him in the Sea Org. Suffice it to say, I am NOT an ABIRATED PERSON who easily becomes ANTI anyone's religion. However when you see the sums of money they STOLE from my Brother and NOW know he lives a less than desirable existence because of their SWINDLE it sort of makes you wonder. The Pinellas County Probate Judge Greer and I had difference of opinion as well. My brother receives a retire,retirement check from the US Navy and is under a TOTAL GUARDIANSHIP issued from Greer's Court. When I discovered LARGE AMOUNTS of money being WITHHELD from my brothers care, I sought to do to it he received a WEEKLY check, less any legitimate living expenses and less a Guardianship CUT. I love my Brother and SOUGHT NOTHING and I mean NOTHING from his assets NOTHING. I was Locked out and IGNORED. I see many things in the Schiavo Cases, BUT what sticks out the MOST is DO NOT REVIEW what the Court's Findings were. No Jury, just a BENCH TRIAL is what you get in probate. I say a FULL Audit of the Probate Courts across America are in Order NOT just in Clearwater or Pinellas Park. I have many reasons to suspect Terri's Mom, Dad, Brother and Sister and all the others who LOVE Terri were LOCKED OUT just like I was. Mt concerns for my Brother receiving his monies and the best care he was entitled to was met with GREAT INSULT based on NOTHING. Those JERKS over there have NEVER MET ME, refused to Honor my Sibling Status with my Brother and EVEN his wishes. They have been ROBBING HIM for many years,
There is NOTHING you can do in Guardianship and Probate Courts, BECAUSE the Court's Findings are within the Discretionary Functions of the JUDGE. Terri's Parents are not the first nor the last to be RAPED as in this case. ABSOLUTE Powers in Probate Courts are SAFE and SECURE thanks to the 11th Circuit and the US Supreme Court, Review of Corrupt Probate Courts is NOW written in STONE all over America.
I feel a FULL investigation of the Florida Probate Courts and ANY Judges and Lawyers associated with Scientology and MONEY MATTERS should be fully auditted. Now there's an "Poetic" Attempt to get Justice, ROFL Auditing for The Church of Scientolgy and Judge Greer and George Felos N Company.

This is Roz from AFRA_EAGLE. I wanted to write to you "off list" because of the "talk" about CCHR, a branch of CofS, has been discussed.
I almost lost my daughter to the "church" a couple of years ago while she was in Chicago for school. I never put Terri's fate and CofS doctrine together, but it's right under my nose now and clear as can be! And Felos being CofS makes sense. OT8? Wow! The "church" has gotten a lot of money from him.
How do you know so much about CofS? Were you in their clutches or one of their disgruntled neighbors? Just curious since we almost got the Chicago Org closed down for health violations!
