My Statues Run Out Tues/5th State Ct. I Need Att. Now!

My husband has been dead since April 5th last year. On Tues. my statues are going to run out in State court for neglect wrongful death civil suit Im being told by different attorneys, that yes it will one year and no it won't.
I don't know!
I do know that they extended the law to two years in Calif. on Nursing Home ABuse cases. It passed in 2003. With a cap of 250,000 only. No other damages can you claim.
My husbands civil rights were violated like Terri's he was held kidnapped by the Probate Court by there own County Guardian, not me the spouce, or anyone else. Kidnapped as a disabled person whose signed an affadavit to be removed from that nursing home, and onone but his wife be his conservator.
And the Court Probate Judge rejected his rights.
My case involves many many violations, obstruction of justice, abuse, conspiracy, coverup , wrongful death etc...
My first attorney got paid off by the Vultures, and I was devastated and shocked when this happened, I assume this happened because they wanted me to sell my husbands case out real fast to there friend attorney who was an arbertrator. I said no back in May 2004. Is there anyone who can help me and my husband get justice? No one wants to take it on, because its so big like Terri's. The attorneys don't want to work for the money, they want it to come easy.
My God we have a man dead, who has been starved / dehydrated/ abused with stage 4 fatal bedsores/ and a blunt injury to the head!!! Why is my case going unnoticed? When my husband has already gone thru what Terri is going thru.
I have the chance to sue them, but cannot find one attorney out there that will either get my case to Federal or State court.
And the main evidence lies in the morgue in El Paso Texas.
There are only a few, a handful, of christian attorneys in calif that do complex cases. I ve called every attorney from San Dieago to San Francisco and I cannot find help.
That first attorney needs to be reported to the bar for abandoment of a client. I am about to collaspe, my husbands first annv. is coming up on Tuesday and he is still not in the grave. What is it going to take in my case to get an attorney to fight for Everett and a widow lady?
When the attorneys go into the Senate to get that bill passed, tell them there's another victim not on a feeding tube , beyound that, that has already been tortured and murdered, Everett Hurst, lieing in the El Paso Medical Examiner's Office Storage Freezer.
And if I have to , I'll go to the Senate and demand that the Texas Governor take Custody over my dead husband's body and if they dispose of it illegally, then it will be another circus on there hands, and I don't think Congress wants to see this one !!!!

P.S. There getting a bill passed to get the feeding tube back in, that's great. It will happen Im sure, but what about the unfit conservatorship/guardianship Michael has over her. AHHH NOW THAT'S WAY TO MUCH A PLATEFUL FOR THE SENATE TO HEAR. REMEMBER THAT WOULD BECOME A FEDERAL MATTER.
