It amazes me that judges can now read peoples' minds. What an amazing power? I don't know how many states have judges with this power. To think that if someone is not sure what you think, and you happen to be incapacitated for some reason, "an all-knowing" judge can decide that you would want to die. How would you feel if someone made that decision for you?
It is completely unclear what Terri wanted. If she truly wanted to die her "husband" would have said this from the time of her accident. It's too convenient that he suddenly remembered this information several years later.
For the judge to believe Terri's "ex" (for all intent purposes he is an "ex") over her family just adds insult to injury. After all, we all know "exes" do not hold any grudges they are completely truthful and impartial in matters concerning their "exes" life or death. lol
If this is the way our country is headed I am truly scared to death!
