I still would like to know in those years did she remain at the same nursing home or was she ever transfered? Let's go way back. they had there dirty, nasty, risk managment rep. sent up to my husband's room and she and her boss threw Medicare papers at me in front of my husband saying if you don't get your husband out of this hospital now we will go into court and get a court order and force him out. My HUSBAND HAD JUST HAD HIS LEG AMPUTATED FROM THE KNEE DOWN WHERE THE NURSING HOME HE FORMERLY WAS IN HAD BEEN PUTTING A SOCK ON HIS FEET AT NIGHT AND IGNORED DEADLY BLOOD CLOT THAT HAD FORMED IN HIS LEG CUTTING OFF CIRCULATION TO THE FOOT. THEY DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH EITHER, THESE C N A'S. WELL,THEY WAITED TILL 3 TOES DECAYED, AND THE FOOT TURNED BLACK UP TO THE ANKLE, I MEAN REAL BLACK WITH GANGREEN, AND MY HUSBAND HAD BECOME ALMOST IN A COMA

Rushing thru this, I get there, call ambulance send to E R, and the NURSING HOME DOCTOR HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME HE WANTED ASSIST IN THE O R IN REMOVING MY HUSBAND'S LEG. I SAID NO WAY.....WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR WOULD ALLOW MY HUSBAND TO LOOSE HIS LEG, HE MUST HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED FROM THAT NURSING HOME, IT HAS TO BE CHARTED OR DEPT. OF HEALTH SERVICES CAN FINE, AND CLOSE THEM DOWN. (another secret, the director manager, well she gets kickbacks from the nursing homes to keep her mouth shut so every thing on the record looks peachy creamy for the state attorney generals office)Terri's doctor have M R I's, from the acute care hospital etc. And it was reported that because that her GYN
doctor got sued, and MICHAEL REC. 1.5 MILLION. WELL THEN, SAY SHE IS IN A NURSING HOME ALL THESE 15 YEARS AND ITS 4,000 A MONTH FOR HER CARE, WELL THAT'S ONLY 720,000 DOLLLARS FOR 15 YEARS, SO WHY IS HE SAYING HE ONLY HAS 50,000 LEFT? WELL PEOPLE DONT YOU GET IT, THE MONEY IS RUNNING OUT! HE HAD 780,000 LEFT OVER, I KNOW THE ATTORNEYS GET A THRID OF IT. WELL MY GOSH HE SHOULDN'T BE WINEY, HE HAS MONEY TASHED, HE SUED A DOCTOR FOR MAL PRACTICE ALREADY AND GOT A HUGE CHUNK. HE'S LIEING. HE WANTS TO HURRY AND GET RID OF TERRY AND NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME. THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD AUDIT HIS BANK RECORDS IMMEDIATELY. A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SHOULD OPEN UP BUT THEY CAN'T , MICHAEL IS HER GUARDIAN/CONSERVATOR APPOINTED BY THE PROBATE COURT. AND THAT'S IT, ITS A SLAM DUNK, OVER, HIS POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER TERRY DIRECTS EVERYBODY, THE JUDGE, HOSPICE, EVERYONE. ONCE YOU HAVE THAT COURT ORDER CONSERVATORSHIP ON SOMEONE WITH THE DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY IN PLACE, IT'S OVER PEOPLE. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO BE REMOVED ESPECIALLY HIM BEING THE HUSBAND.
Getting back to my husband, well, I told this acute care hospital go ahead get a court order just try and remove him from this hospital bed by court order, I will call the media in here and we will have a field day and that won't look to nice now will it. So after 3 days of harassing me and my critically ill husband, he had sepsis, and staff all thru him etc. in the urine, needed grandaddy antibiotic vancomycin. Ok, I refused to move my husband because they had not treated my husband with the antibiotics to kill the deadly infection, it needed to be I V and they werent spending the money, they were giving him a NON RESISTANT PATCH UP JOB A CHEAP ANTIBIOTIC AND THAT DIDN'T FLY WITH ME. So what case manager discharge planner did, and that Risk Manager Viper and her boss, was they GOT THE DOCTOR TO DISCHARGE MY HUSBAND, WROTE AN ORDER, AND THEY, NOT I , HAD HIM SENT AGAINST MY WISHES TO THIS NEXT DEATH CAMP IN ORANGE COUNTY CALIF. A LONG TERM FACILITY. THEY CAME AT IT WITH SOME LIE THAT THEY HAD THE POWER TO OVER RIDE MY DURABLE HEALTH POWER OF ATTORNEY THAT THE LAW SAYS THEY ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE MATTERS INTO THERE OWN HANDS AND TRANSFER THE PATIENT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL LEGALLY. THEY CALLED ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES, THEY DID NOTHING. THEY DIDNOT BECAUSE I HADNOT DONE ANYTHING BUT SHOW I WANTED MY HUSBAND ALIVE.

ONCE THE CORRUPT PROBATE JUDGE SIGNS ON THE DOTTED LINE, ITS OVER. Michael allowed Terri to proceed to this condition all these years without hiring a team to work to bring Terri back. He wanted her dead for the money. This Hospice doctor is in violation of the law if he has allowed this patient to be in a Hospice care center for 15 years. No patient on Hospice ever lives 15 years. Federal laws have been violated Doc. Because of the Patriot Act Bush signed into law we will never get the truth because he has the health power of attorney and that person can get the information from any medical facility ever!! There's alot of deception going on in this case, and all I can tell you is my husband was neglected and murderd so bad in the end, that when he arrived in the body bag at the funneral home and they brought him out for me to view, he was down to 118 pounds, he's 6'2 it was like a rotted out skelton. Trust me, hospice by orders from Michael is overdosing Terri righ now, and toxicolgy reports and an autopsy should be done upon her death, the govt. should order this, the state attorney generals office criminal divison. Be careful you don't get illegally conserved by the public county guardian's office or even a private one. Make sure you have someone a trusted friend, family member that will actually help you, not kill you!!! There are no laws to protect us right now and that Probate Judge knows this. And our govt. wants to get rid of all the disable people on Medicare because they are no use to anyone. Life, a human heart beating, no matter how old or what condition means nothing to the govt. They won't even give us health insuance, no one will address it. I paid 750 dollars a month for me and my husband to have private medical insurance. Please remember my husband Everett too. thank you
