I want all the money (taxs') I/we paid towards keeping Terrie Schiavo alive
refunded {medicare and medicade} dollars. I invested for her life not her
death. This will be liticated in a court of Law. I/we will sue in federal
court. This is a federal case because of the amount of money {more than
$75,ooo}. I hope Mike has the money and you have the money to cover these
expencises. I am a tax payer living in Virginia and I have plenty of people
across the USA to cause a class aciton law suit against our investment for
life in medicare and medicade. These two federal taxes were not created for
allowing death but for saving life for people who did not have the resorces
for keeping their loved ones alive. Mike Schiavo could have afforded with
insurance and his income if we did not inject his extramaritial affair that
created children during his so called love with Terrie. 80,000 dollars a year
times 15 years to kill a investment in somebody that might/would/could of came
up with some life saving premise if givin the chance. She could have made a
difference in society, I/we think should be repaid. This is notification of a
class action law suit.
