My husband last year at this very same time for murdered and tortured inside a nursing home in Orange Co. Calif. and a huge coverup by the County of Orange and the State Attorneys office was immediately put in place. My husband died on April 5 2004 and Terri will die too a very tortured death. Dehydration, starvation, stage 4 fatal bedsores bone protuding from buttock, part of private parts eaten away, sepsis, a blunt forced injury to forehead with bleeding inside the skull was found on autopsy in Texas where he still lies in a medical examiner's freezer for evidence. I pleaded with all courts to free my husband, went to appeals. No one would help me or listen to me as they cont. to murder my husband. He was illegally falsely in the beginning of all this put under the county of Orange themselfs, as his conservator by there own corrupt probate court. And I the wife had all my power taken away and could only visit him 2 times a month and finally the end came. Before they proceeded as in Terri's case, they rushed to get powers over him , custody, and they lied, and got away with it because there are no FEDERAL LAWS TO PROTECT ANYONE IN THIS COUNTRY IF YOUR CONSERVED BY SOME NUT OR COUNTY THAT WANTS YOUR ESTATE OR PROPERTY. YOUR NOT PROTECTED AT ALL. Here is what my husband signed with notarys and govt. witnesses present and it was denied by the courts until he was tortured and murdered to death. He said, I Everett Hurst being of sound mind and feeble body request a transfer of nursing home care to........ I further request this court to reverse any order of Temp. Conservatorship (which they got permanent they always do) issued to anyone other than my legal wife Rita Hurst. It was denied. A motion was filed that he be transfered to a hospital for emergency medical care. That was denied. A emergency Mandamus was filed it was denied. It stated Everett Hurst was in dire need of emergency medical care due to gross negligent by this temp. conservator the county of orange public guardian. Petitioner seeks an immediate decision on this motion so Everett Hurst may be transferred to a hospital for emergency medical care. Time is of the greatest essence on this decision.
THIS MOTION TO FILE EMERGENCY MADAMUS IS FILED UNDER THE FEDERAL STATURES AMERICANS WITH DISABLILITIES ACT 12101-12213. There is alot more people. They are murdering Terri on Easter just as they did my husband, and the govt. is allowing it all.
