Subject: Law officers Assoc. to Sheriff Coats
ATTENTION SHERIFF COATS, - MESSAGE FROM FELLOW LAWMEN
Dear Sheriff Coats,
As we said, this Schiavo case is going to be much larger if Mrs. Schiavo dies at
the hands of government.
Our police association has received letters from reporters from Russia and other
places in Europe and around the nation, all are appalled that Americans are
letting this lady be dehydrated and starved to death. The Vatican is getting
involved.
We want you to know that you are going to be part of the focus of this attention
if you do not start a criminal investigation into the crimes that are being
committed by Judge Greer and others who are putting Mrs. Schiavo to death under
your watch.
Sheriff Coats, you understand that your were hired to be the protector of the
people in your county and to make all people uphold the law...even judges and
lawyers.
We are sending you all the facts and evidence to make you aware that your lack
of action to investigate these facts, witness' and investigative leads, before
Mrs. Schiavo dies at the hands of alleged criminals in high places. Sheriff
Coats here is a letter from a retired Sheriff from Lee County. Just more
evidence of who is involved in this execution in your county before your eyes:
An Open Letter To
'We the People of the
United States of America'
By John J McDougall
Retired Florida Sheriff of Lee County Florida
3-19-5
Imagine for a moment that you are a Circuit Court Judge. A terrified
woman comes before your Court pleading for her life. She testifies, under oath,
that her violent and demented husband raped her, set her clothes on fire and
threatens to kill her. She needs your help and petitions your court for an
Injunction for Protection. What would you do? Well, this is what a real Circuit
Court Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida; by the name of Judge
George W. Greer decided.
He actually had this exact case come before his bench seven years ago,
when Helene Ball McGee, from Dunedin Florida pleaded with him to grant her an
Injunction for Protection. Helene was in absolute fear for her life. Judge
George W. Greer, however, refused to help her, because (according to him) she
had not shown him enough proof that her husband was physically violent yet. Two
weeks later her deranged husband, Bobby Lane McGee, stabbed her to death.
Perhaps if Bobby lane McGee, had raped Judge Greer first, he would have had a
much better insight into the physically violent nature of her husband.
Now this same gender-biased Judge, with utter disdain for women, is the
same Judge in charge of the Terri Schindler Schiavo Case. True to form, this
Judge continues to ignore the Constitutional rights of Due Process for Terri
Schindler Schiavo, in much the same way he did to Helene Ball McGee, who was
violently murdered seven years ago this month. Terri who is physically
disabled, has trouble swallowing food on her own and because of this Judge
Greer has seen fit to order her feeding tube removed. Her Court appointed
'Guardian' husband who has since abandoned her for another woman, (with whom he
has fathered two children) wants her dead and has asked Judge Greer's permission
to use hundreds of thousands of dollars from her Medical Trust Fund Money to pay
his blood-sucking lawyers to find a way to make this happen.
It worked. Judge George W. Greer has now ignored her parents plea for
help and has ordered Terri's execution by starvation and dehydration to begin
on March 18, 2005. This cruel, torturous, and horrifying death of yet another
woman before his Court will take up to 10 days of horrific suffering to cause
her to die. But Judge Greer is not without mercy, no sir; he will allow her
parents permission to stay and watch their daughter starve to death.
What is wrong with this picture? Is this the same United States of
America, whose US Supreme Court is inscribed with the words, 'Equal Justice
under law.' While Terri starves and cries out for justice; our distinguished
Supreme Court Justices will be too busy to hear, because they will be deciding
how best to abolish those embarrassing 'Ten Commandments' of which, the Fifth
Commandment is, 'Thou shall not kill.'
God help us. Every person of conscience in this Country should be ready
to travel to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court House, in Pinellas County
Florida, and scream at the top of their lungs, that this is Murder! This is
Murder! This is Murder!
John J McDougall, retired Florida Sheriff of Lee County Florida.
Sheriff Coats here is more evidence and witness statements and investigative
leads for you to initiate a criminal investigation before Mrs. Schiavo dies.
You can then send your deputies in and save her as one of your prime witnesses.
Remember, the minute he gets hold to his wife's dead body he is going to have
her cremated. So you will lose one essential part of the case against Mr.
Schiavo being the one who put his wife in this condition some 14 years ago.
Please start a criminal investigation now and save Mrs. Schiavo - brother James!
This State attorney may do it AFTER SHE IS DEAD! You can be the savior of
Mrs. Schiavo and win the love of most the people of the nation and the world,
if you will do this BEFORE she is dead
Bernie McCabe,
State Attorney of the 6th district in Clearwater, Florida will be meeting with
some citizens who have further evidence of criminal activity which you should
acquire before Mrs. Schiavo is killed. We do not know what evidence they will
present to Mr. McCabe. Please contact these folks ASAP. There are facts and
investigative leads listed in their message.

Subject: Schiavo Press Release Urgent!!!
PRESS RELEASE
March 20, 2005
Pinellas County, Florida
A Call to Action - Terri Schiavo is now over 48 hours without food and
water.
We the people of Florida and the Southern States have called all
decent minded people to attend a special meeting with Bernie McCabe,
State Attorney of the 6th district in Clearwater, Florida. The offices
are located at 13355 49th Street N., the phone number is 727-464-6221.
Directions link http://statty.co.pinellas.fl.us/
Time and date are as follows...10:00 am on Tuesday morning March 22nd.
We will meet in the offices of Mr. McCabe and present our strong
desire for his office to charge Judge Greer with aiding and abetting
Michael Schiavo in domestic violence against Terri Schiavo. We will be
demanding to have Judge Greer removed from the bench as unfit and
prejudice to preside over any case involving a woman in distress. He
is a danger to all disabled women.
Judge Greer has displayed his contempt for the welfare of women in
general, please read the following open letter from a former Lee
County Sheriff. http://www.rense.com/general63/retiredsheriffspeaks.htm
We are inviting all Press and people of the Southern States who care
about Terri, to attend this meeting. We are not asking for this
meeting, but demanding it. It is time for the people of the South to
take a stand for our Godly principles of life and liberty. We are not
concerned with the Godless principles of those who place derelict
judges in untouchable positions to rule over who lives and who dies!
We will not be denied the right to rescue Terri.
Terri is able to eat on her own, follow this link.
http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2005/3/20/102601.shtml
I personally talked with Terri's sister and was told that she is
completely aware of almost everything going on. She shows emotions and
can verbalize her feelings, in a difficult, but understood manner.
Michael has denied Terri any therapy that could help her to regain
movement or communicate. He has planned and executed the most flagrant
act of Domestic Violence against a woman. Yet, he remains free and
protected by judge Greer.
We ask that you sign a petition to impeach Greer...
http://www.petitiononline.com/ijg520/ Also contained in this
petition, are numerous "misdemeanor crimes" that Judge Greer has
committed.
We are pleading with all civil minded people....come out and help us
save Terri's life! When will we all take a stand? It will be too late
when we are all shackled and face down in the dirt!
>From Concerned Citizens
ps...we urge you to send this press release out far and wide.
Sheriff here is a Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist who is looking into filing
charges on Judge Geo. Greer for his crimes. Once again, brother, it would be
far better if Mrs. Schiavo was not dead when she is needed as a witness. (And
her body cremated.)
Frist Threatens Jail for Terri Judge
http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2005/3/19/104732.shtml
Saturday, March 19, 2005
Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist said Friday that subpoenas issued by Sen. Mike
Enzi compelling Terri Schiavo to appear at a March 28 congressional hearing made
it a crime to disconnect her feeding tube - and threatened anyone who interfered
with her testimony with jail.
In a statement issued by the majority leader's office, Frist said:
"Federal criminal law protects witnesses called before official Congressional
committee proceedings from anyone who may obstruct or impede a witness
attendance or testimony."
"More specifically," said the Senate's top Republican, "the law protects a
witness from anyone who - by threats, force, or by any threatening letter or
communication - influences, obstructs, or impedes an inquiry or investigation
by Congress.
"Anyone who violates this law is subject to criminal fines and imprisonment,"
Frist said.
His comments appeared to be directed at Florida state judge George Greer, who
brazenly defied the Enzi subpoena on Friday and ordered Schiavo's starvation to
commence.
Frist's statement echoed comments by House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, who said
late Friday that he intended to charge Greer with contempt of Congress.
"No little judge sitting in a state district court in Florida is going to usurp
the authority of Congress," he complained.
Though legal experts disagree, Georgetown Law professor Paul Rothstein said the
Schiavo subpoena was within the purview of Congress' authority.
"I think Judge Greer is making a legal mistake and is vulnerable," Rothstein
told Newsday. "Provided that Congress is making legitimate investigations for
making law, they have the power to seek evidence."
xxxxxxx
As we said, brother James, this case is just getting started.
I don't know if we sent you this testimony from a attorney who was with Mrs.
Shiavo before and after the government pulled her hydration and food toob.
This is another good, sound, investigative lead brother James. Please stop
Mrs. Schiavo's death. And do a good investigation. You have the power and
jurisdiction to do this.
Last Visit Narrative

by Attorney Barbara Weller
When Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed at 1:45 p.m. on March 18, 2005, I
was one of the most surprised people on the planet. I had been visiting Terri
throughout the morning with her family and her priest. As part of the legal
team working throughout the previous days and nights to save Terri from a
horrific fate, I was very hopeful. Although the state judicial system had
obviously failed Terri by not protecting her life, I knew other forces were
still at work. I fully expected the federal courts would step in to reverse
this injustice, just as they might for a prisoner unjustly set for
executionalthough by much more humane means than Terri would be executed.
Barring that, I was certain that sometime around noon, the Florida Department
of Children and Family Services would come to the Woodside Hospice facility in
Pinellas Park and take Terri into protective custody. Or that federal marshals
would arrive from Washington D.C, where the Congress was working furiously to
try to save Terri, and would stand guard at her door to prevent any medical
personnel from entering her room to remove the tube that was providing her
nutrition and hydration.
Finally, I was sure if nothing else was working, that at 12:59,just before the
hour scheduled for Terri's gruesome execution to begin, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush
would at least issue a 60-day reprieve for the legislative bodies to complete
the work they were attempting to do to save Terri's life and to make sure that
no other vulnerable adults could be sentenced to starve to death in America. I
had done the legal research weeks before and was fully convinced that Gov. Bush
had the power, under our co-equal branches of government, to issue a reprieve
in the face of a judicial death sentence intended to lead to the starvation and
dehydration of an innocent woman when scores of doctors and neurologists were
saying she could be helped.
All morning long, as I was in the room with Terri and her family, we were
telling her that help was on the way. Terri was in good spirits that morning.
The mood in her room was jovial, particularly around noontime, as we knew
Congressional attorneys were on the scene and many were working hard to save
Terri's life. For most of that time, I was visiting and talking with Terri
along with Terri's sister Suzanne Vitadamo, Suzanne's husband, and Terri's
aunt, who was visiting from New York to help provide support for the family. A
female Pinellas Park police office was stationed at the door outside Terri's
room.
Terri was sitting up in her lounge chair, dressed and looking alert and well.
Her feeding tube had been plugged in around 11 a.m. and we all felt good that
she was still being fed. Suzanne and I were talking, joking, and laughing with
Terri, telling her she was going to go to Washington D.C. to testify before
Congress, which meant that finally Terri's husband Michael would be required to
fix her wheelchair. After that Suzanne could take Terri to the mall shopping
and could wheel her outdoors every day to feel the wind and sunshine on her
face, something she has not been able to do for more than five years.
At one point, I noticed Terri's window blinds were pulled down. I went to the
window to raise them so Terri could look at the beautiful garden outside her
window and see the sun after several days of rain. As sunlight came into the
room, Terri's eyes widened and she was obviously very pleased. At another
point, Suzanne and I told Terri she needed to suck in all the food she could
because she might not be getting anything for a few days. During that time,
Mary Schindler, Terri's mother, joined us for a bit, and we noticed there were
bubbles in Terri's feeding tube. We joked that we didn't want her to begin
burping, and called the nurses to fix the feeding tube, which they did.
Terri's mother did not come back into the room. This was a very difficult day
for Bob and Mary Schindler. I suspect they w
