CUSTODY TONIGHT

Hannity: Either way Jeb is going to take Terri into Custody Tonight.

Hannity just had a guest on that said Jeb is waiting to see if they pass the bill currently in the Congress. If it doesnt pass he will use the DCF statue to take her in to custody for abuse. . She will be a ward of the state in a protective way.

Either way this is going down tonight.

Here is what some of you are saying:

"For everyone who thinks she is not suffering, Let them abstain from food and water for the same amount of time she hasn’t eaten or received water." —Jean from Lagrange, N.Y.

"If Terri's parents really loved her, and wanted what was best for her, they would have said, 'Terri, we love you, rest in peace.' It is never supposed to be about the quantity, but the quality of life. Maybe her parents are feeling guilty about something to do with her life and their part in it, but they need to say goodbye, and go to church or something. Stop torturing this poor woman by keeping her from her eternal rest." —from Tallahassee, Fla.

"I say no to reinserting the feeding tube. The so-called Christians should be on the side of the patient going to meet her maker and going to a better life than she has had for 15 years. The Florida state and U.S. Congress should be insuring that current law is obeyed; not creating a new law for one individual. I sure don't want any of them trying to protect me. —from Sun City Center, Fla.

"Terri Schiavo's parents are very selfish. As a practicing Catholic, I have always been taught that this earthly life is but a prelude to our eternal one. Why are you keeping her here when she could be with her Heavenly Father in Heaven where he assured us he had prepared many mansions for us." —from Mobile, Ala.

"If the law is that there has to be a living will, why should anyone be able to state, only by hear say, the desires of the person concerned? it seems to me, the ,so called husband, is wanting a way out of his marriage." — Mary K. from Hutchinson, Kan.

"It's just plain "murder". The courts, lawyers, and the husband will have this on their conscience for the rest of their lives. What evidence is there, that her husband can bring forth that says, that she wouldn't want to live like this"? Just his word!" —Marilyn K. from Foley, Ala.

"I think our society should protect a human life, not to kill it.Doctors don't know what is going on in patient's mind." —Yury A. from Los Angeles, Calif.
