Dear God, let Terry Live! My husband and I had to make some hard dissections ourselves this past Christmas Eve. My mother had a stroke in 1982, and was never the same. She did well for many years. A few years ago she starting having TIA'S little strokes until we had to put her in a nursing home. She was doing well but started aspirating her food. She could not eat or swallow she could not get her medication down and was loosing so much weight. We put a feeding tube in on Christmas Eve, and she is doing great (she is exactly like Terri). If not she would have starved to death. I will not do any other heroic measures from her out but I could not let her starve to death. Terry reminds me so very much of my mom and she knows who we are and smiles. She cannot talk but we know she knows who we are and her brothers and sisters are. Thank God she has us as her Guardians for we know she is happy and living with love and care. Terri's husband needs to walk away and let her parents take over. They love and will care for her. Divorce her and leave it to them. Please don't take her from her mom and dad, let them have the final say. If you need to move on GO! Her family will care for her. Please Go and let them do this. This is there daughter.

State officials want to investigate 30 allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation in the care of Terri Schiavo, including experimental procedures allegedly performed improperly.

Why in God's Holy Name are you not invoking this?
michael can ONLY remove the feeding tube if that act does not
interfere with providing Terri water and food. What michael did last
time was absolutely illegal and he should be in jail for it, witholding
water and food.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA),
42 U.S.C. Sections 12101 provides that
necessary and appropriate rehabilitation
services and physical/motor skill therapy
may not be denied a substantially disabled
patient in the United States of America.
Cf 28 CFR, Ch 1, Subpart B, Sect 35.130
States "Nothing in the Act or this part
authorizes the representative or guardian
of an individual with a disability to
decline FOOD, WATER, medical treatment, or
medical services for that individual."
WHEN WILL YOU SUPPORTERS WAKE UP!!!!
YOU HAVE THE LEGAL POWER TO STOP ANOTHER
ATTEMPT TO MURDER TERRI BY THIRST!!!
