Adverse Possession laws

I, Grace Lester have mentioned "price fixing" of all necessities and commodities. on an international level this is what corporate and government ratification has done. I came across this site. it talks about abuse of dominance. Isn't that a global crime of crimes against the People and quiet enslavement?

on this site i was looking for Adverse Possession laws. If someone has squatted (improved, maintained, protected) and placed a claim to a property after abandonment lived on it for 17 year isn't the property "his" or hers under the old "Desert Rat" mining and water claim law? if I remember correctly any claim or person to the claim must have access to water if found to survive. I believe I am right.

I have also found documentation that judges and public officials have "appropriated" properties for almost nothing through devious means. Why can't a property be found through abandoned, code enforced properties to the lower income People instead of going to the select few holding capacities as judges, bd. of supervisors, attorneys, and law enforcement? why can't I get access to a property without going through ridiculous "$400,000.00 mortgages for person profit of the select few?
