This is reply attempt #2. ..........................................................................IRS refused my church tax exempt status in 1985, thus interfering with the establishment of a religion and freedom of religion. If IRS had approved it, IRS rules say tax exempt churches cannot be poilitically active, which is politically neutering churches, in violation of the right to free speech as well. .........................................................................The Supreme Court refused to hear my case, even though the trial judge had ruled that my religious convictions are sincere before refusing me freedom of religion. But the Supreme court has time to fight against religion with bans on religious symbols any where they can get away with it. Freemason policy, I suspect. .........................................................................If I had succeeded, my church would've been infiltrated by operatives and freemasons. I have an old newspaper article that admits the allegations of child molesting against Koresh were unfounded, and no child witnesses of his inner circle survived to testify for or against him. .........................................................................The AUM Shinriko cult of Osahara was infiltrated by FBI operatives BEFORE the sarin gas attack on the subway. Osahara is sentenced to death for a crime he says he knew nothing about. But US gov has lots of know how and sarin chemicals. The crime only makes sense as a frame, to my view. .........................................................................I ask Raymond not to hunger strike, because not only will they let him die, or commit him, the rigged media will paint all non mainstream religion as kooky with him. .........................................................................In Oregon another church was seized from a Reverend Revere, that was private property. IRS claimed he owed an outrageous amount, more than a congregation can generate. It is discriminatory, and forces all religion to be neutered politically or outlawed. The IRS definition of political activity is absent from the rule, meaning, ANY free speech can be considered political on any issue. .........................................................................The IRS has no right to judge or ban religions on any grounds, much less gag religions on crucial issues. IRS isn't created by the constitution, but by freemasons in gov. IRS is a non gov agency imposing taxes for gov, and imposing unconstitutional rules. JJD
