If he realy is a member of AA and realy is an alcoholic then he is on what is called a "Dry Drunk". Obviously he does not work the AA 12 step program. The purpose of the 12 steps is to reduce primary ego and rely on a Higher Power for guidance. Mike is obviously playing God. He is so taken by this Peak Oil thing that he has shut himself off from reality. I have tried to e-mail him and have tried to help the man but I have received no response. I like Mike and would like to help him. If anyone can talk to him it would be appreciated. I can be reached at
