Yesterday, I forwarded (direct-line tips) to you comments that were submitted to the Office of the President and others regarding the decision of Judge George Greer in favor of a Mr. Michael Schiavo ... to end the Life of Terri Schindler-Schiavo (Sixth District Florida Courts) in 8 days from this date (March 18th 2005 at 1 p.m. EST).
In following the facts brought forwarded through testimonies on the part of numerous medical and other health related professionals; personal testimonies as to Michael Schiavos intimidations and abuses of Terri Schindler, and the like (vast documentation ignored intentionally by Judge Greer)... I find a consistent and strong underlying intent to 'terminate through murder' Terri Schindler on the part of Michael Schiavo; supported by, either knowingly or through negligence, Judge Greer (who refuses opinion from the White House to the Governor of Florida and on). In any case, that involves the question of 'murder' there is always the proverbial WALL of MOTIVE! IN THIS CASE, THERE EXISTS SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE THAT TERRI SCHINDLER'S HEALTH CONDITION WAS IN FACT CREATED BY VIOLENT PHYSICAL ABUSE (supported by MEDICAL EXAMS,etc); what greater MOTIVE for PUTTING TO DEATH MRS. TERRI SCHINDLER (by her estranged husband: for years with another woman bearing together 2 children and inheritors of Terri's Estate)COULD IN FACT EXIST than: FEAR OF TERRI'S PROPER CARE AND THERAPY (as reinforced by 33 health related professionals is truly feasible) LEADING TO HER ABILITY TO IDENTIFY HER 'HUSBAND / MICHAEL SCHIAVO' AS BEING IN FACT HER 'ATTEMPTED ASSASSIN'!!! THE LATTER IS SUPPORTED BY PERSONAL ACQUAINTANCES AND TESTIMONIES AS TO THE ACTUAL RELATIONSHIP AND COMPORTMENT OF MICHAEL SCHIAVO PRIOR TO TERRI'S HANDICAP.
IN FACT, the court order to 'murder' Terri is based-upon a MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH IS FACTUALLY AND CLINICALLY DETERMINED 'NON-EXISTANT'!
I personally believe that the FBI is faced with an 'ATTEMPT TO MURDER Terri Schindler-Schiavo' on the part of Michael Schiavo; and that, if the COURT ORDER IS NOT BLOCKED PENDING A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION THAT ... SCHIAVO WILL IN FACT BE SUCCESSFUL IN DOING SO!
