This is how they will do Martial Law...via "public safety" throught MEHPA laws (State governors as dictators) for mass vaccinations and (cattle) processing of people.
A huge revolt took place in England in the 1800s protesting government forced vaccinations for smallpox (see Anti-vaccination League). (The smallpox scare was already attempted after 9/11, Bush even pretended to get one, but public backlash and internet exposure on the issue made them pull their horns in temporarily. How soon we forget. This Flu pan is a rerun of early 20th century).
This is also why they have HR 418 for Driver License National IDs in place...that can add any biometric info they want to DICTATE. "No vaccination? No travel."--quarantine.
The Mouse Trap is ready....they can drop it once 418 Senate Bill is passed....anytime of their choosing....and when family-loving National Guardsman are busy overseas, so they cannot resist the tyranny at home. Maybe after the Draft too.
NO MANDATORY VACCINATIONS....THE GOVERNMENT IS LYING AND DOES NOT OWN OUR BODIES! NO MARTIAL LAW!!!!! Support and use your local gun shows, while you still can. That will be next.
