Yes, you are missing a few things ...

IRS is not a corporation. It is an alias for
the former Federal Alcohol Administration ("FAA"),
now domiciled in San Juan, Puerto Rico as

When Prohibition was repealed, that FAA had to retreat
to the federal zone, because it no longer had any
enforcement authority inside the 50 States:
after that repeal, the Tenth Amendment reverted
to its former "unqualified" status in our fundmental
Law. See U.S. v. Constantine.

See also the film "The Untouchables" with Kevin Costner,
for a good example of slick government propaganda.
Costner stops a baby carriage from falling down
a flight of stairs, just before it injures the baby.

The Feds were also the "bad guys" because they
have aided and abetted a monopoly over automotive
fuels, in favor of the petroleum cartel. Once that
monopoly was perfected, Prohibition was repealed,
leaving alcohol high and dry as the preferred fuel
for cars and trucks, and leaving a federal police
force inside the several States, to continue
extorting money from the American People.

So, the IRS is now what was left over after
the repeal of Prohibition ... the Untouchables,
you know, like sacred cows in India.
