First off, the Bible only mentions Lucifer (meaning light bearer) once in Isaiah 14:12 KJV, and does not say he's Satan. And Satan and the beast are not the same either, by Revelation 20:10. .........................................................................Yes, God created good and evil in Isaiah 45:7. That does not mean God is on both sides, for the final judgement is the reckoning, where evil pays for it, and good is rewarded for it.
