HATE CRIMES: Laws violate First Amendment rights

Well, just when we thought all was lost and our totally parasitical, occupied, subversive and out-of-control federal/corporate government was about to implode, a slight ray of wisdom and hope has finally manifested itself.
The lawmakers in New Hampshire are attempting to pass landmark legislation by abolishing their state's Judeo/Marxist established, anti-white hate-crimes laws.
This is being done because some of the New Hampshire politicians are listening to the demands of their "awakening" citizens (unlike some corporate stooges in Idaho) and agree that anti-white crime laws must be abolished on the grounds that these criminally subversive laws punish patriotic Americans simply for what they say, feel and think. Speech, thoughts and ideas are protected under the First Amendment to the original non-corporate, non-fictional Constitution.
I've never heard of non-whites being prosecuted and convicted under hate crime laws, but when whites are convicted under these Draconian witch-hunting laws, their punishment is always much more severe than what is handed down to non-whites for other similar crimes. This is called "liberal equality prosecution under the law" or strict PC (political correctness.)
Whites seem to have a death wish and refuse to do much of anything regardless of how many 9/11s they witness. Help combat white genocide now by giving me a call at (208) 762-8568.
