Maybe the reason that you haven't received more responses is that the people who are reading the APFN articles already know this!
Don't forget - Southwestern Bell Companies put the IRS listing in the 'Blue Pages' of the phone book because SO MANY PEOPLE GOT MAD when they were told by the Phone Operators that the IRS was NOT a Gov't Agency!
Historically, only 3% of the people are 'awake' anyway.
