The income tax scam

A while back I submitted an article regarding the day of infamy, April 15th. I followed up with a further explanation of just who is 'one required' and it certainly is not anyone of the citizens of the states; that is, unless you are "doing business" for a 'gain or profit' and you volunteer to submit a tax form that admits that you have incurred a tax liability whereby you have a taxable income.
I was (not) surprised to see that only one response was submitted and it further complemented my article.
What is with you generous people that you are willing to fund a system that lawfully, statutorily, and regulatory does not require you to pay an income tax?
Title 26 clearly defines a taxpayer as a government employer or employee, a corporation employer or employee (an officer of a corporation), and wages are the earnings of the "inclusive" classifications as stated above.
Try to get it through your thick skulls that nothing in the law is in violation of the Constitution it is the method that the Treasury Agency, the in(fer)nal revenue (dis)service and the courts have been utilizing to make you believe that everyone that earns a wage (generic income) is liable for statutory income.
Larken Rose has gone to great efforts to make available a tape, a CD and a website to inform you that gross income does not include your wages, salaries or compensation for services yet very few of you are even willing to try to understand that your labor earnings are being taken from you and voluntarily at that.
Wake up! Do some intelligent reading and realize that the only way that you are going to stop this enormous scam is to stop submitting your hard earned wages, salaries and compensation for services as taxable income every April 15th.
Logic and reason knows that you are paying taxing on about 60% of what you earn on everything that you purchase and that obviously is not enough to satisfy the greed of your elected (?) servants(?)!
Do you want this great Republic to return to the wealthy and self-reliant nation that it once was, then start educating yourself and stop funding the Democracy!
