Strategies to Stop Impending Global War

To stop the impending global war one strategy that would be helpful would be to have education to the people that are giving the Republican Party, of which the leadership has been taken over by neo-cons, it's power to exploit the U.S. military for unnecessary wars. That would be the people that still vote for Republican candidates for the President and the U.S. Congress. I've read about some third party candidates that would be oppossed to unnecessary wars but still be for religious values. However, there aren't enough voters voting for such candidates.
The voters that vote Republican for President and U.S. Congress need an education that will convince them that unnecessary wars are unacceptable because they are harmful and deadly to: (1) innocent people that live in the foreign countries being attacked, (2) American soldiers (3) Americans on American soil. Before the U.S. military started attacking Afghanistan and Iraq I heard on the news that Russia and China had advised the U.S.A. government not to attack those countries. Perhaps the voters that still vote Republican for President and U.S. Congress missed that news.
When I heard that news the thought came to my mind that Russia and China have nuclear bombs and could, if they get mad enough at the U.S.A., use those nuclear bombs upon the U.S.A. Bush and the U.S. Congress have set a bad example for foreign countries by having the pre-emptive empire building wars upon Afghanistan and Iraq. I'm concerned that what Bush and the U.S. Congress have sown, most Americans - except Bush, the U.S. Congress, and few other Americans, as they have access to nuclear bomb shelters - will reap.
As to Americans in the U.S. military needing something to do. There is plenty of work for them right here guarding the U.S.A. borders to keep out illegal aliens, nuclear suitcase bombs, and illegal drugs and running x-rays on the sea cargo containers that bring products into the U.S.A. These are the needed security measures that Bush and the U.S. Congress have not taken seriously. The U.S. military should be used only as directed in the U.S. Constitution - for the defence of Americans - not for the pre-emptive empire building unnecessary wars. The U.S. Constitution does not direct going on the offensive.
This next strategy would be crucial to stop the impending global war. The only way I can see that the U.S. military wouldn't be ordered to participate in the impending global war is if there is a President in power that is not a neo-con. I have read about George W. Bush being impeached, but even that wouldn't be sufficient to stop the impending global war. If Bush is impeached, then Cheney will take his place. He is a neo-con too. If Cheney does become President, he would need to be impeached too. Who would be in the downline to become President? Is there anyone at all in Bush's downline that is not a neo-con? To prevent the impending global war it would be necessary to keep on with impeachment after impeachment until there would be someone as President that is not a neo-con. That is the only way to prevent the impending global war.
To wait to begin the impeachments until a nuclear bomb has landed upon the U.S.A. is too late. It may be possible for the U.S. Congress to be influenced to start the impeach-ments procedures if enough men went to the U.S. Congress at Washington DC to forcefully lobby them to start the impeachments. I say men should be the lobbyists for this proposed project because women don't usually come across as forceful no matter how hard we try. Would you be willing to organize a large group of men to go to Washington DC to lobby the U.S. Congress about this matter? There may be many men that would take some vacation days to participate. There may be many retired men, disabled men, and Veterans that would participate because they have good reasons to be mad at Bush. They want an administration that has respect for them. This proposed project would surely be worth the effort.
