To successfully execute 9/11, the perpetrators - whoever they are - needed access to the weapons of electronic intelligence and electronic warfare, staffed by people with the knowledge and the opportunity to use the weapons, and directed by people with the motivation to destroy America and its free-enterprise network of shareholder-owned corporations.
We find that the 26+ insiders of the CAI Private Equity group (URL below) had access to the weapons (virtual war rooms), the opportunities (Arabic SWAP teams - Special Weapons & Tactics) and the motives (hedge-and-wedge and pump-and-dump securities frauds) needed for 9/11. These CAI insiders appear to control the blind trust set up to run Canadian Steamship Lines and CSL’s defence procurement subsidiary, Lansdowne Technologies, after its then-owner Paul Martin was appointed Canada's finance minister and later a Canadian privy councilor with two other CSL insiders, Maurice Strong and Paul Desmarais, Senior.

In a series of acquisitions starting in 1999 and ending June 2001, the CAI Private Equity group took over the Canadian defence command and control (war room) company, MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates of Richmond, B.C. By the time of 9/11, CSL/CAI appears to have integrated MDA's command and control systems with Nortel's web-enabled (virtual) war rooms. MDA's system builds and displays virtual models of airports or targets. It develops complex surfaces to define approach corridors for any IAP variants to determine whether defined surfaces are intercepted by terrain or man-made obstacles.

We believe that CAI-CSL SWAT teams in the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration may have flagged potential USAF interceptions to al-Qaeda controllers who modified hijack evasion procedures using MDA's drag-and-drop user interface.
On September 11, 2001, Nortel Networks announced the handover of its U.K., French and German defence tactical networks businesses to EADS Defence and Security Networks (EDSN). CAI-CSL insiders thus made EDSN, in which Nortel is a shareholder, a global leader in physical and web-enabled war rooms. Canadian computer software is employed for [9/11?] blast damage modeling. We note that CAI-CSL insiders continually monitor changes in policy and/or personnel within the Federal Government as they relate to their [Saddam’s] client’s business interests. On March 11, 2003, Parisien was given a Controlled Goods Certificate (see arabic4 URL) to move WMD material across the border into America. In one 9/11 scenario, CAI-CSL insiders borrow money and hedge stocks by buying long or selling short. Profits are guaranteed for short positions however only if stocks go down and stay down. Any CAI-CSL insiders or Global Custodians with a short position on September 10th, 2001 had a common motive for executing 9/11: Prick target "bubbles" such as Enron and Nortel; panic the NYSE, and collapse the stocks of America's shareholder-owned corporations.
At least $20 billion of UN Oil-for-Food (OFF) money appears to have been stolen, borrowed or laundered by the clients of the global custodians and their hedge fund managers, including BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and RBC Global Services. The online financial networks appear to be taking custody of the global commons (Enron, Nortel, Kyoto) via a combination of fraud and loansharking. By lending prospective politicians money to acquire companies, the global custodians capture "control of corporations and political budgets" (Maurice Strong). The Royal Bank of Canada, for example, loaned $180 million to Paul Martin to buy Canadian Steamship Lines from Power Corp of Montreal and so we find that the Global Custodians now own Canada's prime minister and have forced him to execute the Kyoto scam.
We estimate the Global Custodians, using money stolen or borrowed from the UN Oil-for-Food program by BNP Paribas and JP Morgan made $250 billion in profits by shorting bubble stocks through the period affected by 9/11.
CAI-CSL insiders appear to have access to the global securities services of Buttonwood International whose virtual war room (see URL buttons for “Global Custodians Only”) was in an office on the 79th floor of One World Trade Center. Buttonwood's offices were destroyed and an unknown number of its [whistleblower] staff were murdered on September 11th, 2001.
