Court and Law Reforms Movement

I've been a citizen activist for nearly 18 years trying to get the court and legal system reformed towards the good. I've learned that the corruption is strongly entrenched. Our elected officials have refused to make needed wise reforms. They brush off us citizen activists.

The corruption happens in all types of court cases. The worst is the corruption that promotes terrible crimes of abuse and violence to Americans. While anyone can be a victim of the worst crimes, so many judges, district attorneys, and magistrates have shown their indifference most often towards women and children crime victims seeking their intervention to save them from revictimization and at times to save their very lives.

We crime and court victims have done our best to get the crime promoting court system corruption exposed through television, radio, and newspapers. It was hoped that the publicity would bring Americans together for a court and law reforms movement. With the elected officials brushing us off that has been a discouragement to the few people that did get involved. Most people that are more vulnerable to crimes are too young, too busy working, or else too afraid to participate in a court and law reforms movement.

Since crimes can happen randomly to anyone, even judges and lawyers and their vulnerable family members, I have been thinking that long before now some judges and lawyers would realize how the crooked judges and lawyers ways of running the court system is doing more than giving the judicial and legal professions a bad image, it is dangerous to us all.

Mark, I'm not a lawyer, but I did go back to school some years back and earned a Paralegal Degree with Honors. I took that course to see if I could find out how on earth the crooked judges and lawyers are getting away with the corruption. I learned about judges' sovereign immunity and how that has it's foundations in the English law of "the King can do no wrong". How ridiculous. I believe the main reasons why the system corruption is allowed to go on is (1)the judiciary committees in the state legislatures are headed by lawyers (2) judges run their own disciplinary boards (3) lawyers run their own disciplinary boards (4) honest judges and lawyers are afraid the crooked judges and lawyers in positions of power will cause them to lose their careers.

I have insight from being a victim of crimes, both constitutional rights violations and violent crimes. I have excellent analytical skills. I am an innovative thinker. I think up wise court and law reforms. I run a charity that I established to enable a court and law reforms movement. Perhaps you would like to help me with the charity's goals. I would have sent you an e-mail but you didn't post an e-mail address for you. Please send an e-mail address for you.

Sincerely,
Deborah Reid
