Just don't put them in your mouth! I have been telling my students and members this for years. In lesson two of the Herbology course my students are directed to read and list all the chemical ingredients in the foods and drinks they are using. Many of these are safe in small doses, but there are some that are so toxic I wouldn't feed them to my dog, yet millions of people consume them daily and suffer the ailment consequences never diagnosed by the mainstream allopaths. Of course not!

When I had written to the FDA about MSG years ago, they sent me a response that was unbelievable. They said they had thousands of reports of adverse reactions, however it represented only a small percentage of the U.S. population and they were obviously of a sensitive type! Thousands of complaints and nothing ever done about it? MSG is a drug and a neurotransmitter which stimulates the brain cell activity. MSG "tricks" the brain into thinking the food you are eating tastes good and you want more. Remember the advertising campaign for the chip company that used the slogan "I bet you can't eat just one". These were laced with MSG. The reaction of headaches, migraines, stomach upsets, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, panic attacks, heart palpitations, mental confusion, mood swings, neurological disorder symptoms like Parkinson's, MS, ALS, Alzheimers and behavior disorders to name a few are not an allergic reaction, but a powerful drug reaction. This over stimulation of the brain cells actually kills the brain cells.

Years ago there was an article in Science News (don't have the issue number, but I am searching for it) that said that there was enough MSG in a packet of a well known brand of dried soup mix to kill a two year old child!

MSG in its pure form must be labeled. Food manufacturers are wise to this and have found loop-holes to fool the public. It can be hidden by the words Sodium Caseinate or Calcium Caseinate, Autolyed Yeast or Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Protein, Natural Flavoring, Textured Protein, etc. For a list of all the other names it may be hidden under go here: http://www.nomsg.com/#Hidden Sources

You know a thought crossed my mind while I was writing this. You have all heard of the mad cow disease that is crossing over into humans. Well the short of it is that they say it is a 'Prion' disease. They are not sure it is caused by the Prions - proteins, but they are present and responsible for destroying the brain and turning it into swiss cheese. MSG crosses the brain barrier. There are not many things that do that. MSG could be used as a carrier or this may be a side effect from long-term use. They put MSG in animal feed as well. Food for thought... You can stop this by not putting this poison into your mouth! It is my opinion that many of the new (over 30 now) emerging diseases are caused by environmental toxins and chemicalized foods and poisoned waters. It is man's indiscriminate use of his technology and chemistry that has led this planet into crisis and people into terrible diseases.

Now if the fact that most items in the mainstream supermarkets contain large amounts of MSG isn't enough, the "beast" continues to force MSG into the environment and the water supply. There has been an EPA approved new agricultural spray used as a "growth enhancer". This product is called Auxigro and contains 30% MSG!!! It is sprayed by airplane on crops. This will not only put residues on the crops but will contaminate the ground water as well. The EPA's action allows the amount of residue on fruits and vegetables to be unlimited. Most large companies supply a phone number on the can, bag or box to call in. Call in and leave a message to them telling them you want the MSG removed from the food. Back when I was a kid, Campbell Soup did not have MSG in it. Why is it in there now??? Plain potato chips usually don't have it, but all the flavored ones do. Just read your labels and you will be shocked at how much of this garbage is being fed to the American people!!! It is not necessary at all.
