Bend, Oregon
Chief Justice Carson,
Your help is requested in another “contempt” charge against Roger
Weidner, who was ordered arrested and jailed yesterday by Judge
Thompson in the Deschutes County Courthouse.
Before a hearing on attorney fraud and racqueteering alleged by Patricia
Wishon, whom Mr. Weidner has tried to help, Weidner tried to ask Judge
Thompson a question. I did not hear what Roger said, but only heard the
judge say “contempt”, then suddenly Roger was surrounded by guards,
cuffed, and hauled out of the courtroom.
I had heard of such judicial tyranny in the Reichskriegsgerict, but
really did not believe this was happening in Oregon, until I saw it
first hand in court yesterday. I have also been warned about the
possibility of a “contempt” charge by Juvenile Court Referee Linda
Hughes for defying DHS and speaking out against the fraud and abuse
involved in the taking of children in Oregon, but I was never arrested.
What I saw yesterday was upsetting, really frightening, that this kind
of heavy-handedness could prevail in an Oregon court of law.
I later learned that at the beginning of the Wishon hearing yesterday,
Roger was merely trying to ask Judge Thompson if we could videotape the
proceedings, which I personally feel badly about, since I was the one
who brought MCTV equipment down, not knowing about Judge Sullivan’s
policy of no videotaping. This is a big concern to me, and should be to
anyone seeking the truth about how our state government operates and
where our tax dollars are going. What is Judge Sullivan trying to
conceal from the public?
Anyway, Mr. Weidner did not ask me to videotape that day. I had appeared
on my own with the camera and equipment, and also an MCTV producer,
Carroll Gleason, who wasted a day of his time to come and tape a
hearing that was not allowed to be recorded by citizens. (The court
obviously does allow videotaping, but only of criminal arraignments, as
I noticed a sign about “video court” posted in the Deschutes County
Courthouse lobby.)
Roger Weidner was not at all behaving in a disorderly way yesterday, and
there was a courtroom full of observers to confirm this. It appeared to
me that Mr. Weidner was being jailed simply at the Judge’s whim, Judge
Thompson apparently being aware of Weidner’s history of standing up for
the rights of ordinary citizens, who are having their land and even
their children stolen by government officials, attorneys, and others in
for-profit schemes.
I recently met Corrections Division Director Max Williams at a town hall
meeting and had the opportunity to address him publicly. He was
explaining the need for more money for more jail beds, so I suggested
releasing women at Coffee Creek who are there for self-defense violence
or for trying to rescue their children from the state’s out-of-control
CPS programs.
If you stopped allowing tyrannical judges to jail innocent citizens for
“contempt”, I bet there would be plenty of beds for real prisoners.
Out of fear that 94 year old Frances Weidner could suffer a heart attack
should she learn her son has been arrested and jailed again in the name
of justice, Roger’s supporters have not given Ms. Weidner the news of
Monday’s events.
Chief Justice Carson, please order the release of Roger Weidner.

====================
Folks obviously 'they' are downright afraid of our demanding out Rights! So
how about it. Each and every march MUST be peaceful. And we must show 'them'
how to do things RIGHT. Since Feb. is the month of understanding NO SLAVERY
under any circumstances will be tolerated. Let's stand up and say no more
slavery whether monetary or any other form will be allowed from now on.
