Reporting a THREAT to Federal and State is OK!

My fellow Veteran Waltz:

Once anyone, including Mr. Helbig, steps over the line it is necessary to report him to the State and Federal Authorities under Title 18 U.S. Code Sections 2,3,4,241,242 and no doubt some others involving Internet threats.

Once completed. KEEP all e-mails received as PDF and have them ready to give to the authorities. Veteran Helbig has threatened so very many people and slandered many fellow Veteran's via the Internet PLUS even used a telepone crossing State Borders with harrassment phone calls at 3 AM California Time when it is 6 AM here in Tampa. We personally tried to calm him down ONCE and after realizing my life partner, age 76 was woke up by his calls, Mr. Helbig did apologize and STOPPED CALLING.

Fortunately our number collector recorded his call 11/23/06 and he left a clear message on my answering machine WHICH IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THAT ANYTHING YOU SAY IS BEING RECORDED. I do not know Mr. Helbig or some other Vet he referred to from New York or some 42nd Unit somewhere. APFN moderator Ken Vardon was notified and much information is out there on fellow Veteran Helbig.

Mr. Helbig may even decide to violate many additional laws, including Federal Laws, when obtaining four honorable discharges he is reportedly seeking on me alone. We will also take necessary action if he should con anyone out of PRIVACY ACT protected documents which disclose sensitive if not classified information.

Until the authorities play the KNOCK-KNOCK game and seize his computers and files, one must just perhaps IGNORE what he says and report same to the authorities.

ALSO A VICTIM. We will not send a message to Mr. Helbig until after March 2007 and he can extend that time frame by MONTHS IF NOT YEARS as my delete option is there!
