'Deceit and Terrorism' which are on the internet.

I have letter (or cross posted message) telling about Vialls MI6 history
which I will locate and send -- received in November or December of 2001
when the topic was the airbus that crashed in Queens, N.Y. a month after
the WTC-Pentagon mass-murder. Also contacting two others who may know
something about Vialls.

Dear Dick,

Read an article that you have written in regard to Agent Fescado and Jared
Israel where you mention other disinformation agents including Joe Vialls.

Joe has resided in a suburb of Perth in Wester Australia since 1987, and has
written articles on several topics, the main one in Australia being the Port
Arthur Massacre. I became aware that Joe was peddling disinformation in
late 1999, I think it was, but it was just after information was given to
Joe from a friend which immediately caused certain avenues of information to
be closed.

Another reason for suspecting Joe was that he was used to ridicule the
opposition, by people running a 'Public Debate' site on the internet that
had access to another friend's Police Special Branch file, which meant that
the public debate site was an intelligence sting operation and that Joe was
in calhoots with them.

What I am interested in is what information you have on Joe that would
assist us in properly exposing his actions in Australia. The statement of
former MI6, is to you great information, if there is some way to verify that
claim.

You can check me out on articles that I have written on the Port Arthur
Massacre titled; 'Deceit and Terrorism' which are on the internet.

Yours sincerely,
Andrew S. MacGregor.
