Ms. Reid, Thank you so much for your input.
First, point that the Platform for the APP has been so called completed is
news to me. But then my access has been extremely limited in various ways.
My suspicions have been that not only was this data prohibited from me, but
that my contributions sent to the Platform group were not allowed to reach
their destination, let alone be used. Much of what you discuss are pertinent
to the same areas of content being expressed by myself. Lets take these
points one by one.
1. The crime issue is out of hand at this time. There is not even a question
about putting the Rights to Life, Liberty and pursuit of happiness above
money or taxes.
2. Going the direction even with taxing the imports and excise taxes as
provided in the 1789(1871) version of the Constitution would NOT pay for
current expenses, let alone pay the enormous so called 'national debt.'
3. Only with revamping the entire monetary and banking system do we hold a
chance to sort out what needs to be done at this point. But there are
definite solutions, which have to do with the House of Stuart. Going thru
this would take some time to explain.
4. We the People must stand together to make such reforms. Not as a one
world 'govt' by any means, but as a unified effort for all the countries of
the World. It is not the governments job to tell the People what Justice is,
it is the job of the People to tell the government what it can and can't do.
5. Sorting out the Judicial system is one of the main things needing
accountiblity to not only the Constitution but most important, the PEOPLE.
6. However, to do so must include first actual elections of the BEST one for
the job. The most important request is there be no questions of loyalty (or
loyalty to whom).
Second, we must immediately declare all UNCONSTITUTIONAL so called 'laws'
NULL and VOID. Once again this takes a joint effort to reign in the massive,
blatant retaliation of specific 'PLEDGED' group. This group only numbers
about 2700-5000 maximum. We number close to 300 Million. There is no reason
we would not be able to simply STAND TOGETHER. And start the arrests. If you
need a list of names to start with. Start with the current roster of the
Bohemian Grove. Go next to the so called 'council of 300.' This will already
include most of the illegitimate 'congress,'
'supreme courts' FSIA, FICA, Inter Corp 'board' (Inter American Investment
Corp.)and the others will either get the hint or be next.

Patricia, I looked at the website for the American Patriot Party. I read the
issues on the platform. I'm an American that sees more of the total picture
as to what is going wrong in the U.S.A. So when I look at a political
platform I'm able to recognize where it is inadequate and even detrimental
to Americans.
Like most 3rd parties it appears to have more of a concern over taxes than
crimes. Everyday Americans of all ages - babies to senior citizens - are
being victims of terrible crimes such as assault, rape, and murder - real
life nightmares. Surely the founding fathers of the U.S.A. didn't intend
these crimes and the court system corruption and legislative corruption
which allows and promotes such crimes to be the reality for the U.S.A. I
would like to see a 3rd party to be more concerned about crimes than taxes.
Perhaps the writers of platforms for most 3rd parties realize that it will
cost money to get the court system corruption straightened out and that is
the reason for the downplaying of crimes. However, I can see how rearranging
how tax dollars are spent could work to tackle this serious societal
problem. If illegal immigration can be stopped such as with a fence and
illegal aliens that are in the U.S.A. be deported then the mega-billions of
U.S. tax dollars that are spent on government benefits for them each year
would be freed up to pay to set up 2nd shifts for courts and hire court
employees to process more of the terrible crimes through the court system.
When American women contact the police, magistrates, and district attorneys
about crimes committed upon themselves and/or their children they should not
be turned away with no day in court.
That many thousands of American women and children in each state are turned
away when they go to battered women's shelters seeking protection from
crimes is proof that #27 of what the American Patriot Party believes is not
true. #27 is about the supposed inherent goodness and charitable spirit of
Americans and that freedom from taxes will result in them donating to
charities to handle local community needs rather than government agencies
handling those needs. I've observed that when most Americans get more money
they spend that money on larger homes, boats, vacations, new cars, jewelry,
big screen televisions, and such as that. Many Americans are spiritually
immature. The rich people in the U.S.A. could have already tackled the
serious societal problems I'm writing about but they haven't. The Democrats
and Republicans could have already tackled the serious societal problems
too, but they haven't.
I disagree with that belief of the American Patriot Party that "government
is not the solution, government is the problem". As long as there are people
that behave as barbarians there will have to be government. The problem is
that the people in charge of our government are corrupt and even evil.
Religion is much too mild to be the solution. Crime victims and potential
crime victims need a government and one that that will be serious about the
terrible crimes. Government can be the solution if it is run properly.
As to the American Patriot Party's plan to abolish the income tax and then
have taxes on products that are imported to pay off the national debt that
way, that would result in many foods that we eat being higher priced. For
example, I believe bananas are imported. The price of food is already very
high with having gone up a lot in recent years. That along with the value of
the dollar going down is causing severe hardships on poor Americans
regarding having enough money for their food. Many Americans don't have the
means to grow their own food. I'm against any import taxes that are going to
tax necessities of life more. I don't mind you putting more import taxes on
boats, cars, big screen televisions, jewelry and other such non-necessites.
In my reading on the Internet it seemed that I read that the U.S.A. money
system could be bought back from the Federal Reserve. That sounds like a
smart thing to do. I didn't see anything about that in the American Patriot
party's plan.
As to foreign policy I see that the American Patriot party wouldn't be as
quick to go to war as the Republican party. There is a statement regarding
the CIA that needs clarification. Here's the statement: "While there are
countries in the world which fear our views, or have views on us, we should
keep an eye on them, their connections and oppositions, so that in a moment
of crisis we may exploit their weaknesses, and determine their designs and
movements on all the circumstances under which they exist." There needs to
be explanation on what constitutes a "moment of crisis".
I've joined 2 yahoo groups and 1 newsletter that have been set up by people
that say they are for constitutional rights and 3rd party success. However,
from what the moderators and some of the members say it's clear their main
concern is taxes and 2nd Amendment rights for them, not constitutional
rights for all Americans. They are zealous for tax reform and 2nd Amendment
rights to protect themselves from crime but I haven't seen them show any
zeal for the people that can't use a gun to protect themselves which
includes many women, children, disabled and elderly Americans. The platform
of the "Patriots" is inadequate to address and tackle the serious societal
problems in the U.S.A. Not having enough details spelled out is what has
enabled the current corruption in our court system and other areas of
government to happen.
If the American Patriot Party can make some changes perhaps it could be
successful. It should be less concerned with taxes and more concerned with
Americans' rights, safety, and survival. It needs more issues to attract
more people. It's important to examine where the dangers to Americans are.
Here are examples: crimes and court system corruption, hospital incompetence
dangers, executive - martial law - powers of the president, corporations
having influence on matters affecting our freedoms and health such as
genetically modified foods, mental health evaluations of children, microchip
implants, and a treaty that takes away our vitamins and other nutritional
supplements.
