To Citizens for Legal Responsibility:

You have correctly observed that "[Under Illinois and Federal law,] when any officer of the court has committed 'fraud upon the court', the orders and judgment of that court are void, of no legal force or effect."

However, you have not discussed the practical problem of recovering from such void orders when no legal authority (ex. higher court) will expressly address the fraud. This is the problem that confronts this victim of "fraud upon the court".

To be as specific and clear as I can about this, I have clearly and concisely documented the "fraud upon the court" that was practiced upon me at http://members.aol.com/tvfields/dir.htm#FraudUponCourt. There is no doubt about the "fraud upon the court" that was practiced upon me. There is also no doubt that legal authorities have deliberately refused to expressly address this fraud.

Clearly, our courts act capriciously when asked for relief from "fraud upon the court" ...

For more than a decade, not one officer of the law has stepped forward to enforce the law in my case. And lawmakers have refused to step forward to do anything meaningful to more adequately protect from fraud even someone like my father who was exploited on the day he died, while he was being administered morphine under a Do Not Resuscitate order.

What does all this say about law enforcement and lawmakers? Are they nothing more than puppets of our courts? Are our courts nothing more than the instruments of a racket, the legal profession, whose own work product is less reliable and has hurt more people than many of the products and services for which its members seek punitive damages?

The bottom line is that I want punitive damages to be paid by the officers of the courts that have defrauded me and the affiliated organizations (ex. the bar) who have been complicit in their fraud, I will continue to ask for help in my pursuit of those damages, and I will not accept caps on those damages.
