Subject: The Federal Court just ruled in my lawsuit.

1. The Federal Court Judge Mathis ruled that I cannot have a court
reporter to inform me in writing of what is said in court and basically
said I am not deaf. In other words the court called me a liar and said I
can hear fine. This was done without a doctor examining me. I am
basically deaf from being tortured.

2. The Federal court denied my motion for relief from torture and
basically called me a liar and said that my torture is without factual
basis. In other word the Judge called me a liar and without medical
examinations or any witnesses being allowed to testify denied the motion
even though I demanded to be allowed to demonstrate the torture in
court. The demonstrations were denied.

3. The court denied my motion to allow me to have CAT scans done with
out the results being altered by the government and said that I can not
have CAT scans or x-rays or MIR scans done unless the government in
affect has the right to alter the scans to cover up the use of implants,
torture and murder by the US government. In other words all evidence can
be altered under the cover of law and only the fabricated government
evidence can be used in court.

4. The Federal court also denied my request for a scheduling conference
because the government has refused to answer the lawsuit. In other words
the government refuses to admit or deny to the murders and acts of
treason in the lawsuit so this is grounds to deny me my Constitutional
rights to address my grievances before the court. These rulings are the
same rulings Hitler's judges made and in effect void all law. In other
words if the government refuses to answer any lawsuit then the case is
dismissed and the government wins. Nazism.

Now are any of you stupid enough to still believe that its not the
government doing this? If so I have some land on the moon that I will
sell you cheep and I will hold the note and allow you to make payments.
I also have a Bridge in Brooklyn NY that I will sell you cheep.

Judge Mathis now is responsible for all of the future deaths that will
be caused by her stupid ruling which was not based in law or in fact. In
other words she has exchanged her soul in exchange for her position as a
judge. She made no findings of law or of fact in her rulings and based
everything on her personal opinion and disregarded all evidence and
