Making a cursory observation of recent Supreme Court Rulings demon-strates the the "fact" that the Court has been authorized by some force to improvise decisions for the purpose of social engineering.

This year they have taken a Texas case of unlawful entry by government drones and magically transformed it into the legalization of open homosexuality, leading to the ridiculous situation of homo-marriage legalization in several States. (Police witnessed unlawful entry being operated by two fags when they broke into the queer's home.)

Now, the rulings being discussed in the previous post relative to holding the alleged terrorists, whether citizens or not, absent any hearings, right to an attorney or even contact with the outside world are meant to circumvent ancient law, and the basic foundational law under the CON-stitution. Very simply put, the imposters at the Supreme Court are obviously unable to read:

Amendment XIV

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The 14th Amendment (reinstitution of slavery) in spite of my distaste of this illegal and never lawfully passed Amendment to the Bill of Rights, begins by mentioning citizens and what determines citizenship in the federal jurisdiction, but goes on to discuss "persons" without attaching the citizenship status as a prerequisite for the Amendment's execution.

What I'm saying is that the LAW OF THE LAND (when convenient) states that No State shall deprive any PERSON of Life, Liberty or property without due process of law.

Either the feds refuse to accept the fact that they too are a State that cannot abridge ancient law originating under the Magna Carta, that preceeds the institution of the United States, and is commonly referred to as "Habeus Corpus" ... or they believe that they are above the law.

The first Traitors to be hung openly should be the TERRORISTS occupying the disgrace we call the Supreme Court.
These vermin are unraveling the fabric of our nation one thread at a time ... and by the way, most of them have been appointed by so-called Republican Conservative Presidents.

People that support this Federal Fraud we call the U.S. Govt. are condoning a criminal enterprise, the FEDERAL MOB, and the destruction of our society.
