That's right, Systems Planning builds a remote control device capable of flying "MULTIPLE" aircraft from many miles away.

Documents (PRIOR TO BUSH'S SELECTION) with the rest of the neo-cons (jews), like Wolfowicz, Perle, Wurmser, Feith, Cheney and Rumsfeld, who all ended up in Bush's cabinet. I'd wager that this hebe had a better chance of crashing the Twin Towers than all 19 alleged hijackers. He had the budget, the equipment, and the motive as stated in the PNAC White Papers.
