Dear Subscriber,

I'm not dead, nor am I in prison. I'm currently barred from discussing
the case involving the recent allegations against me, but I wouldn't
even
if I could. (I've also been out of town for a week.)

I can't thank you all enough for the immediate outpouring of support.
Just about everyone I heard from passed with flying colors the "test"
below, which I suggest you all take.

How did YOU react to the (misreported) "kiddie porn" allegations? Has
your mind been wasting time wondering if it's true? What have you been
doing since then to expose the "income tax" fraud? More than you were
before? Less? Has this distracted your thoughts and efforts from what
you SHOULD be doing?

I've often talked about individual battles versus the overall "war,"
here.
This is a perfect example. I've personally been "hit" with this new
attack, and (by design) it's been pretty darn painful for my wife and
myself. But you folks CANNOT let it divert YOUR attention and resources
away from TAKING DOWN THE FRAUD. If this thing becomes about saving me
personally, then everything I've tried to do has been a waste of time.

If this attack angers you, or if you feel for my wife and myself, do NOT
show it by sending money to me for my defense. Do it by BUYING
MINI-CDs,
a LOT of them, and getting them out there, or by making donations to
help
spread the word. (Both of these can be done at www.861.info ) I'll
save
myself. Whatever happens, those of us who can must keep pushing the
truth, until the fraud dies. The must be the ONE GOAL in each of our
minds.

I have one more thing for you to ask yourself: have you been
half-skimming
through this, to see if I deny the allegations? Is that what matters to
you? Is gossip, or "cult of personality" garbage what matters to you?
As
I've said before, even if Charles Manson (famous mass murderer, in case
you don't know) was the one who pointed out the EVIDENCE to you, it
would
still be the evidence.

Yes, I deny the charges. But I will NOT let them change the topic of
discussion from THEIR fraud, to whatever allegations they want to throw
at
me personally. Frankly, I'd rather you BELIEVE their accusations, and
keep fighting the fraud, than dwell on the allegations and the gossip.
The people who know me personally know who I am, and I don't need to
plead
innocent to them. For the rest of you, I don't particular care what you
think of me personally. I care whether you understand the "income tax"
fraud, and are doing what you can to end it.

I'm not in this for my own glory, or my reputation. I've been telling
you
the feds would try to destroy me. I've also been telling you that it
wouldn't matter, because the fraud would still fall. Please, go prove
me
right.
