Dear Brigade,

"The purpose of the ASU website to advance teaching and research on
North American regional integration. ASU hopes to expand teaching
materials available to university professors who teach courses with
“NAFTA content” and to those in a variety of other disciplines. Getting
these ideas in front of students as part of their coursework helps to
legitimize the North American integration process and, ultimately, the
surrender of U.S. sovereignty...."

Brigade, I decided to take a little break from building the new
Minuteman Project website to send you this incredible story about the
North American Union [NAU]. Also see below our latest videos on the NAU.

All are available on our website at http://www.forthecause.us with links
to the documents on the Arizona State website.

NORTH AMERICAN UNION

Loss of Sovereignty, Not Just Economic Integration

Building North America: The Impact of Economic Integration

Teaching Modules - Building North America Into Your Course: This section
presents links to papers, articles, and cases, developed through
research projects commissioned by the PanAmerican Partnership for
Business Education, forming a rich collection of Teaching Modules (TMs),
materials for instructors to bring North American integration issues and
processes into their courses...

The North American Union is ignored by the mainstream media because it
is considered "conspiracy theory" propagated by lunatics with a little
too much Internet bandwidth at their disposal.

In the background, however, there is a concerted effort by dozens of
working groups in the U.S., Canada and Mexico to bring about the full
economic integration of the three countries.

This is routinely denied by the Bush Administration, of course, but a
series of academic papers now posted on the website of Arizona State
University reveals that the goal of the NAU does not stop at economic
integration, as if that were not bad enough. In fact, the push is on for
the surrender of sovereignty through shared security responsibilities,
harmonization of regulations, and unimpeded labor flows.

In a paper titled, Taking a Fresh Look at North American Integration,
Yan Cimon and Claudia Rebolledo argue: "What is missing, of course, are
trilateral institutions which would channel these competing interests
away from national governments and into a less politicized venue.

A mutually-agreed upon institution such as a NAFTA tribunal would only
be, for example, an imperfect means of optimizing a response to all
interests, but it would have the merit of being a framework that could
provide tangible and measurable results as well as modest legitimacy for
a set of rules for managing the integration process." Those who object
to this new reality, are dismissed as mere "partisans."

The purpose of the ASU website to advance teaching and research on North
American regional integration. ASU hopes to expand teaching materials
available to university professors who teach courses with “NAFTA
content” and to those in a variety of other disciplines.

Getting these ideas in front of students as part of their coursework
helps to legitimize the North American integration process and,
ultimately, the surrender of U.S. sovereignty.

There is so much mind-blowing content on the ASU website that we can't
adequately summarize it all here. It's worth a visit -- just to get a
glimpse of your "new reality."

Food Supplements Targeted by Trilateral Deal - Mexico Put in Charge as
U.S., Canada Agree to Follow

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission
have agreed to a Trilateral Cooperation Charter with counterparts in
Canada and Mexico under the auspices of NAFTA and the Security and
Prosperity Partnership of North America that will crack down on public
access to food supplements and vitamins. "The purpose is to make an end
run around any domestic law that interferes with food and drug
multi-national corporate profits," said John Hammell, a critic of the plan.

Hammell is the founder of International Advocates for Health Freedom, an
advocacy group created to fight globalists' efforts to regulate
alternative health treatments, including herbs, dietary supplements, and
vitamins. "A key goal of the Trilateral Cooperation Charter is to limit
the public's access to food supplements and vitamins that are
fundamental to many types of alternative medicine," Hammell said. "The
Trilateral Cooperation Charter is determined to attack the Dietary
Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 by moving to merge our food
and drug regulations with those of Canada and Mexico, both of whom are
far more restrictive on dietary supplements."

CNN Lou Dobbs - Video:
Dozens of Work Groups Working Feverishly to 'Harmonize' Regulations of
Mexico, Canada and U.S. to Facilitate North American Union

More states are moving in the fight against the so-called Security and
Prosperity Partnership. Officially, the SPP aims to integrate the
economies of Mexico, Canada and the United States by the year 2010. This
is, no matter what anyone tells you, a very serious and unprecedented
challenge to the sovereignty of this nation. And it's happening utterly
without the knowledge and certainly without the approval of the American
people or the consent of Congress.

Dozens of working groups at the highest levels of government, along with
the most powerful companies in the hemisphere, have been meeting "to
harmonize regulations." Border security advocates say the Bush
administration is not serious about border security because it gets in
the way of his aggressive plan to erase borders between the countries at
the behest of the big businesses that are steering this entire process.

Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media CNN Lou Dobbs - Video:
Mainstream Media Still Not Covering the Emerging North American Union

As to why more people in the media are not focusing on the emerging
North American Union, Cliff Kincaid, editor of the "Accuracy in Media
Report", said: "I think the issue of sovereignty is, frankly, just not
as sexy as a former "Playboy" Playmate, for example, or the latest
missing person.

I have been here in Washington, D.C., for almost 30 years, and this
story about the submersion of U.S. sovereignty to this emerging
trilateral entity, the North American community, the North American
union, whatever you want to call it, seems to be the story of our
lifetimes. It is simply incredible. I've seen literature out of the
people behind us who even envision a North American Supreme Court with
the ability to overrule our own Supreme Court." Kincaid attended a
conference in Washington, sponsored by the Center for North American
Studies, that was devoted to developing a North American legal system.
