Depleted Uranium (DU) Agent Orange (AO) or any other DOD Program.
Any Department of Defense (DOD) Program goes through Research and
Development (R&D)! First, all prior R&D is reviewed. The resulting
Scope of Work defines what each research program is to accomplish.
The where, how, when and who is involved is spelled out. Each
project's cause and effects are closely followed and recorded.
Developed is the means of production, the in-the-field deployment
with treatment and protection. THIS CRUCIAL REVEALING EVIDENCE IS
NOT PART OF THE MEDICAL HISTORY OF THOSE EXPOSED TO THE EFFECTS OF
THESE PROGRAMS. IT IS ALSO NOT INCLUDED IN THE DEPARTMENT OF
VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) "SCHEDULE OF RATINGS FOR DISABILITIES"!
Therefore, not available for past, present and future victim's
diagnosis and treatment by: 1. Health Maintenance Organization
Physicians'. 2. The VA Physicians'. And 3. For use as evidence
during any VA and Judicial Branch processes! The 12 July 1973
National Personnel Records Center fire destroyed any relevant data in
military service records. Congress's 1974 Privacy Act censored the
names of all program witnesses from surviving and future
records. "The court may not review the schedule of ratings for
disabilities or the policies underlying the schedule." The Veterans
Court Chief Judge's statement during 17 & 18 Oct. 1994. Which is
the "schedule" withheld R&D evidence and the underlying policies.
His severely restricted 12/18/88 established `no teeth' court is
Congress's oversight and accountability response to the U.S. Supreme
Court 6/25/87 STANLEY and the 1950 FERES decisions on non-consensual,
DOD experiments.[3 &1]
These decisions left all corrective action in the hands of the U.S.
Congress. Documented by the 1994 U.S. Senate Report is a from 1944
study. This is their, under the cover of our nations wars, 50
years of conducted on "hundreds of thousands" DOD "experiments that
were designed to harm"! Its NOTES (No.'s 72, 168 & 169) cite, "The
Nazi Doctors and the Nuremberg Code, Human Rights in Human
Experimentation". Not addressed is their own Report's many conducted
in direct disobedience of the DOD Secretary's 1953 order; "The Nazi
Doctors" pages 343-345. Only when veterans hold Congress's feet
to the fire will this be resolved in our favor!!

Subject: Another Veteran with a history of attacking fellow Veteran's against DU use keeps trying to attack people instead of the DU problem.

Guess Mr. Helbig has been busy obtaining redacted files from the Navy and still is hung up on finding out what other decorations [non combat] were issued to a man screaming about Depleted Uranium Particle dangers. Odd but if you cannot attack the Truth then apparently you attack the man or in this case the messenger who has a lot of people saying the same thing.
Dr. Doug Rokke was also a Decorated American Veteran of One and he was hands-on involved with Radiation particles but to my knowledge is not a member of the National Association of Atomic Veteran's but Dr. Rokke would qualify instantly from exposure to any radiation. Again Mr. Helbig keeps on trying to discredit people instead of providing proof that DU is safe.
Sort of ODD but as stated before.... Mr. Helbig has a history of doing same against Dr. Rokke and others so we must be in good company. Had non-redacted records, including the Navy DD-214 surfaced then our option would have been to report Mr. Helbig to the FBI and others for disclosure of classified or confidential materials.
Nice TRY Mr. Helbig. Attack someone who does not have any decorations of any kind... then you may be on to something. WE SUPPORT APFN so I guess that involvement with Ken Vardon and Joan makes us BEHIND ANTI-DU WEBSITE!

Just like to let you know that the "Decorated Veteran of One" has all of the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal during his 8 years service in the Navy from 1958 until 1966. He appears to have been aboard the commissioning crew of USS Enterprise CVN-65, but did not join that crew until 9 days before commissioning. He also does not appear to have had anything to with reactor room or have been exposed to any radiation. His claim to use the RAD Triage Dosimeter to determine if there is depleted uranium dust in an area is equally phony since the detector measures exposures in RADs, from 2-50 rads, it gives one color indication and above 50 rads it gives another indication that the wearer is a radiation casualty.
I just got Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr.'s redacted service records today. He served aboard Enterprise from 16 Nov 61 through 16 May 63 and USS Randolph CV-15 from 17 Sep 60 before reporting the Enterprise. After Enterprise, he served ashore in Naples and aboard the Destroyers USS Hyman and USS Warrington before being discharged on 21 Sep 66 at Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island.
