During yesterdays pre-trial hearing Judge Steven Taylor requested former congressional aide John Culbertson to perform the search before the items are returned to the court. Terry Nichols was taken to McAlester for the pre-trial hearing. The 48-year-old was transferred Sunday from the Oklahoma County jail to the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in Pittsburg County. His trial on 161 counts of first-degree murder gets underway in about three weeks.
